I just wanted to share that whilst using your noogleberry pump - Drinking water WHILST pumping has huge benefits and helps tremendously with swelling. it is a really funny feeling you can feel all the water going straight to your bust! Must try to see what I mean, drink at least 5 big glasses you will see a great difference in swelling
