Hello! Nice to meet you! (^.^)

#1

I've been looking at this forum for a about a week now and decided to join. I've used Brava about 5 years ago and grew about a half cup size that seemed to stay. Wished I would have used it longer! I'm trying Brava again and seeing how that goes. I recently graduated from college so now I have more time that I can dedicate to wearing brava. I'll be sure to post my progress when the time comes. It's only been about four weeks so not much to report.

It's nice to be able to read about everyone's journeys and advice! I've wondered for a long time if other people have used brava or anything else.

Welcome to the site, bloominglily. As you've discovered, consistence is very important in NBE. Patience, too. And I'm a person who has been using a Noogleberry (Brava competitor) for many years off and on, mostly off. I just resumed a few weeks ago and we shall see what we shall see. I guess the old refrain "do as I say, not as I do" applies here.

Wishing us all much luck.

I've mentioned this in other posts, but hope you don't mind me repeating it here. We all know that with regard to NBE that what works for one person may not work for the next and that NBE takes time. I think one of the biggest secrets in NBE is deciding between when something isn't going to work for you and you should try something else and when you just need to give it a little more time.

Hi, Bloominglily!

Can I ask for how many weeks you wore brava (and how many hours)?

I'm in the thick of it all now myself. I'm at week 14, hoping to go up to 24 weeks total. And I'm also hoping to retain 2" out of this.... don't know how realistic that is...

Do you mind sharing your experience? Also, did you have any kids before you wore it the first time? Did you have any significant weight fluctuation (I've had neither).

Sure!

I first started brava when I was 18. Even to this day I've never had any major weight fluctuations or kids either, so the brava coach told me that I needed to wear it for 14-16 hours ideally and for about 16 weeks if I remember correctly. What actually happened: I wore it maybe like for 12-14 hours on average and for 12 weeks. I started a job and college so I wasn't able to wear it for much longer. I really think it helped though. I even asked my sister if she could see any difference and she could. Nothing drastic but at least something. Before I was pretty small maybe like 32A/B? Now I fit like a 32B/C and I'm 23 now and stayed the same weight all these years. My boobs mainly grew wider. This time around I hope they become fuller and rounded. I'm doing my best to wear it for 14-17 hours this time and for at least 20 weeks and see how it progresses there. I'm using the narrow large domes. Do you know if there are domes larger than that? I saw around the forum before about an extra large dome but I don't recall brava having that. I thought they only had medium and large.
