Which one? I've decided to cycle my current herbs (give or take a few) rather than switching to a different program so early. Should I assume that "midcycle" means ovulation (day 10 for me)?

I just realized how stupid this question is. No wonder no one answered it. I was counting the day after my period as day 1. If cycle day 1 is the first day of menstruation, than I ovulate on day 14, just like almost everybody else. At least I know the answer now.
