Hi everyone. I took the online hormonal test by Dr. John Lee and here are my results:
Progesterone deficient
Estrogen deficient
Excess estrogen
Estrogen dominance
Excess androgens
Cortisol deficiency
I got them all. Now what to do? I don't know.
I've been trying to solve this mystery now for 7 years. Still suffer.

You may have already read this book since you got your hormone test from his site, but I think the best source you can get help from is the book that Dr. Lee wrote called "what your doctor may not tell you about premenopause" it's all about estrogen dominance and other hormone imbalances and how to fix them naturally. You can get it for a couple of dollors after shipping in the used section of amazon. I can't say how many times I read that book and I always found something new each time I did. It helped me step by step to begin using progesterone and slowly getting myself fixed.
