For HGH, can one take l arginine? How does hyaluronic acid aid in NBE? I am planning on taking this, some amino acids play a major role in the building of collagen (L-Proline, L-Threonine, L-Lysine), would it still be recommended to take a Collagen supplement?

L-Arginine, while great for general health, will raise testosterone. For NBE, it would be betteer to avoid it for now. Hylauronic Acid is a bit harder to describe. The lack of it is like drying from the inside out. It is good to accompany a collagen supplement, but at your age you might not need to supplement with it just yet. L-Threonine would be a good idea to include, as would MSM. Gelatin is a better tissue supplement than specifically targeting collagen.

That does make sense about hyaluronic acid. Some people have noticed plumped lips after taking it and hydrated skin. I think that is a must!

I have grown 2 inches using this program, well similar to it. I use PM, SP, and IGF-I (deer velvet extract) as well as growth support supplements (flaxseed, MSM, collagen)

I am using Siriporn too, but would like to try St. Herb as I heard it's better, atleast in some people's opinions.

All the brands I use are NOW for the growth support supplements and IGF-I
