Long time hops & FG user

Weight is up again to 82.0 kg. Yesterday, it was still 80.0. Breast circumference has increased a little to 44", and my under bust circumference has increased too, to 37". But because of some intricacy of the math, I got my D cups back, but this time as 40D, while they were still 42D last month. I did measure after massage (360 rotations), like I used to. Body Mass Index (BMI) is up to 25.7, and Waist Hip Ratio (WHR) has gone down to 0.83 for the first time in 20 years Blush

So I'm going to keep the black seed in my program. I don't really want to change anything to my phyto-estrogens intake, so I'll do a 10-day ramp up of L-arginine in the coming two weeks. See if it does anything at all.

Height: 178.5 cm = 5 * 30.48 + 10 * 2.54 = 5' 10"
Weight: 82.0 kg * 2.2046 lbs/kg = 181 lbs
Body Mass Index (BMI): 82.0/1.785/1.785 = 25.7
Breast: 111 cm = 44 "
Under: 93 cm = 37" Difference Breast - Under = 111 - 93 = 18 cm = 7 ", US bra size 40D
Waist: 83 cm = 33"
Hip: 100 cm = 39" (actually the widest part around my butt)
Waist to hip ratio (WHR): 83/100 = 0.83

Hi seniorpantees,

I only took milk thistle in June, 3 * 250 mg daily. More can cause allergy:

The day before yesterday, I took my first 500 mg L-arginine capsule:
http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pages/p...p?pid=1099
It says on the label it "maintains nitric oxide levels". It sure does. Like butyl nitrite before breakfast.

The one yesterday morning increased my libido too. The one yesterday afternoon just made me fall asleep. This morning, I woke up at 3:30. So at two days in, it has already increased my libido, which was too high to begin with, and messed up my sleep rhythm. I don't know how I'm going to ramp this up to 10 g a day.

Besides, the label says "Do not exceed stated dose", which is 500 mg daily.

80.0 kg again this morning. One more pound to lose to a healthy weight. But that pound is of course the hardest to lose. And I have no illusions: getting this far probably cost me another cup size already. I just don't have the courage to dig up the tape.

I did work on presenting my progress in cup sizes:

Big Dave helped me to program the complete bra size calculator in the spread sheet. According to the formulas we used there, I wasn't quite sporting a pair of 42Ds yet on March 5th, but I reported them here as 42Ds because that's what I did a month ago, and 20 cm is 8".

This post looks as if I'm fixated on numbers now. That doesn't quite describe my life at the moment. It's more like the L-arginine is slowly killing me by "maintaining" my nitric oxide levels, while I have a pair of 40D girlfriends to play with. Now I know where idreamofD got all her energy from. Maybe I should get an NB to turn play into growth Tongue

Goodmorning Isabelle,

Yes I know been a while on here for me.. How are you doing. I see you are experimenting with new thingsBig Grin Well I made up my mind that I only will take PM a few days a month if that or may not even touch, and decided to take maca again for all of its nutrients:

PLANT CHEMICALS

The nutritional value of dried maca root is high, resembling those of cereal grains such as maize, rice, and wheat. It contains 60-75% carbohydrates, 10-14% protein, 8.5% fiber, and 2.2% lipids. The protein content of maca exists mainly in the form of polypeptides and amino acids (including significant amounts of arginine, serine, histidine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid, glycine, valine, phenylalanine, tyrosine, and threonine). It also has about 250 mg of calcium, 2 g of potassium, and 15 mg of iron in 100 g of dried root-and important amounts of fatty acids (including linolenic, palmitic, and oleic acids). Maca contains sterols (about 0.05% to 0.1%) and other vitamins and minerals. In addition to its rich supply of essential nutrients, maca contains alkaloids, tannins, and saponins.

A chemical analysis conducted in 1981 showed the presence of biologically active aromatic isothiocyanates (a common chemical found in the mustard family of plants and shown to be a wood preservative and insecticide). Chemical research shows maca root contains a chemical called p-methoxybenzyl isothiocyanate, which has reputed aphrodisiac properties. At least four alkaloids are also present but have not yet been quantified. Fresh maca root contains about 1% glucosinolates-plant chemicals found in many plants in the family Brassicaceae (broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, and other cruciferous vegetables). While no novel glucosinolates have been reported in maca yet, several of the chemicals found in this group of known plant chemicals are documented to be cancer-preventive.

Maca's main plant chemicals include: alkaloids, amino acids, beta-ecdysone, calcium, carbohydrates, fatty acids, glucosinolates, iron, magnesium, p-methoxybenzyl isothiocyanate, phosphorus, potassium, protein, saponins, sitosterols, stigmasterol, tannins, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B12, vitamin C, vitamin E, and zinc.

I also found out it is very high in iodine so be careful.. anyway I am just taking maca and just started back in yesterday, starting at a very low dose and then move up as needed. Mainly doing for skin and the awesome nutrients .. It is also high in L-arginine and other esst. aminos and a whole bunch of dam good stuff for tita growing IMO..see what I copied and pasted above from the link following..Oh also it will help my booty and hopefully titas.. but as of now my titas have grown but I think it is from gaining my weight back..but I am overflowing my go to bra to see how the titas look and it isnt lose anymore..it is actually getting too smallBig Grin I asked my man if he thinks they are getting bigger and without hesitasion sp? he said yes..

Oh me and my man are doing really great.. now just need a job and things will get way better..

Later all..

Hi Susan,

Good to read you're doing well. US economic growth will get you a job in no time. It's like 3 % now.

You and your man have good use for the maca. It's a bit too stimulating for someone who lives alone like me. And I was already thinking I was supplementing some L-arginine hidden in the maca. But according to the numbers you quoted, it can't be more than one extra 500 mg capsule.

Monitor your skin closely while you're taking maca. It was never shown to actually increase testosterone or DHT, but people on the board do break out on it. Just keep some PM handy, or maybe SP if you really need to hit the brake.

Hi Isabelle,

Is goat's rue a source of prolactin?

Also, what are other sources of prolactin? Thanks.
Reply

Yes Nila,

Goat's rue increases prolactin. So do all the other traditional breast feeding herbs:
fenugreek seed
fennel seed
black seed (nigella sativa)
basil
dill
caraway seed tea (carum carvi, wild cumin)
aniseed
blessed thistle
barley grass

At last! A healthy weight, after eight years.

79.5 kg * 2.2046 lbs/kg = 175 lbs

Body Mass Index: weight in kg divided by the square of height in m
BMI = 79.5 / 1.785 / 1.785 = 24.95

I have no idea how it happened. There is nothing I really do different. Unless... of course: black seed is known for weight loss. I never expected it to work this fast though, but maybe, since I decreased the fenugreek at the same time. Who knows?
