That is totally normal, and it is most likely a sign of growth. Your breasts are not used to that kind of stimulation yet, so they are probably sore from being swollen in the domes. NB takes time, but it works! These are all good signs! Big Grin

yes id say ive noticed a diffrence i also started taking bo at the same time. i breastfed 3 kids and recently lost alot of weight so i think my breasts strech easy. i noticed my upper breast peck area is more swollen wich makes me look alot bustier and the outside edge of my breasts are considerably fuller. even tho they shrink alot when i first take off the domes they are left much fuller for hours after ive been wearing a 36 c push up bra after pumping and my breasts seem like they are trying to escape lol. the same bra last month wouldnt have givin me this much cleavage. i will pump mid afternoon and at night when i lay in bed they look more mounded then in the past. sorry for all the detail but i havint bothered with measurment or photos so im going by the small details

Mine are also a little sore and tender after NB. Its the same feeling as if I had just done chest exercises so I'm not sure if its a sign of growth or just my muscles being worked out from the suction.
