hi guys. so i had no growth on greenbushSad so i m switching to another program!please give me some advise since i have no knowledge on nbe and hormone=/ might need all of you guy's help!

I am planning to take pm pills(siriporn) during first half of my cycle.
For my second half cycle, I will be taking greenbush herbs(FG,WY,SP)+goat rue+pc cream+pm lotion from siriporn(is that okay?)

I have some questions. My period is really irregular after i took birth control pills.(I stopped after I started nbe)I have 2 periods in one month(about 14 days a cycle). So how should I cycle my pm? the siriporn pills ask me to take it 14 days from day 1. but since i only have a 14 days cycle, should i take the pm pills 7 days?(half cycle) Also, would the pc cream help? because I think i am progesterone deficient.

I am not sure. But I would try taking PM the whole month. Because basically it will extend your follicular phase. So it may extend it enough to become a regular cycle.

The only way to know is to get hormones checked by a doctor. If you do that you will have all the information to do it right.
