Soy Milk?

#1

Does soy milk help with increasing breast size?
Does it increase estrogen level or progesterone levels?
Should I start drinking soy milk?

Hi BustLust777,

Soy milk contains phyto-estrogens. 100 ml is enough, or 200 ml if you eat no other soy foods. It's hard to stay away from other soy foods: soy is in everything, from breakfast cereals to mayonnaise and ready-made soups and sauces.

Thanks!
Can it help to balance out estrogen levels & progesterone levels? I think I have little progesterone, and too much estrogen causing my breasts not to grow.

Hi BustLust777,

In that case, I'd stay away from soy milk.

Then what should I do for this if soy milk doesn't help?? Sad

Hi Bustlust777,

Fenugreek or wild yam usually helps. Phyto-progestins, like fennel, help too, but the dose must be low, like no more than 400 mg a day. In extreme cases, progesterone cream will certainly help.

Too much progesterone stops growth too. So never take more than just enough to stop your estrogen dominance symptoms.
