I've been using PM for 4 mos. At first the swelling and fullness were only present during luteal phase and the week before my menses. Somewhere around 3rd month, the swelling became permanent. I would call this growth, because after the forth month, I took a break from the PM, a month long break. Happy to report that I still have all that I gained.

If I'd seen no progress thus far, I'd probably have moved on to something else.
But let me add, all things that have worked for some, will not work for everyone, many things in consideration. Such as diet, lifestyle, environmental, and so on. And nothing will work overnight. I feel somewhat lucky. But like I said to someone else, this CAN be done! You just have to do the homework. This forum is a wealth of knowledge and most of the time, any answers you are looking for are here, somewhere. It's just a matter of taking the time to search, read, and then read some more. Personally, I think good results are just a matter of how bad you want the end result.
