It isn't hard to achieve the RDA of zinc on a vegan diet specially one that contains ample amounts of beans, legumes, nuts and seeds. These are the richest vegan sources.Zinc and copper balance is where the potential problem lies though,it is fairly easy to achieve the RDA of zinc like i say above on a cooked vegan diet, but the problem is that most raw diets are very rich in copper and thus have the potential to produce an unfavourable zinc/copper balance.

I bought some bananas! Big Grin I'm going let one get really ripened then mash it up and make that banana breast mask. To get it to ripen faster I'm going to put one in a baggy with an apple and by next day it should be ready. I was also going to add a pinch of honey and milk and let it sit for an hour. llai it sounds like a baking more then doing something for NBE llai. I've seen people do this for face lifts so I'm convince it should also make a good breast lift. Gotta keep the girls healthy and perkier after all! Wink

Just realized I never came back and told everyone my experience! So I tried the mashed up banana/milk/sour cream mix. It was super cold when I applied it and I kept jumping all over the place lol but once I finaly applied it all and let it sit for about a half hour while I took my braids out it tightened and firmed the skin of my breasts which gave them a more perkier then usual look. So its definitely something if your looking for a natural bust lift that's cheap.
