Considering what your measurements are do you think hiding the "stash" will do it Big Grin

So for the past 4 days all I have taken in Testim. No herbs at all. I do this periodically cause I'm not ready for permanent boobies. I’m a “little” more irritable than I was BUT not terribly. Everyday my boobs are getting smaller.

Here's what I measured this morning
• 48.5” above
• 49.75” across
• 47.5” below

On May 29th I measured this
• 49.25” above … ( .75” bigger )
• 51.75” across … ( 2” bigger )
• 48” below … ( .5 bigger )

What a difference. I can't believe how much of a difference taking herbs can make. PLUS, it's obviously, in my case, NOT permanent.

I have some Standardized Saw Palmetto Extract on order. When it comes in I want to figure out 2 programs with Testim AND SP ONLY. One program for normal everyday non-NBE … that would be for when I just want to use Testim, not grow boobs, and suppress some "tenseness" from excess DHT.

The 2nd programs dose would be for NBE mode. How much do I need to take to suppress the maximum amount of DHT allowing the formation of the most amount of natural Estradiol. I am probably going to play with this one adding hops which will also supress DHT ... we'll see.

Congratulations karen,

2 " is well ... erm ... huge Big Grin

Certainly if they come with an on/off switch. It took me about five years to find that hops was the herb that works for me, and then another two years for those first 2 ".

When I stopped herbs in June, I deflated quickly too. I still do: all my measurements are after goat's rue, massage, and across fully erect nipples. But I think that if I'd stop now, they would deflate to saggy rather than flat. Milk ducts don't disappear into nothing in a few days.

Remember I'm kinda "big" to start with .... BUT, kinky as I am I do love having an "ON", "OFF" switch .... hope I didn't "hurt" you with my "stash" comment ... I just thought that is was kinda "horse out of the barn door" ..... you know I have a "soft" spot for you (or maybe hard spot) Tongue

Oh no karen,

I wasn't offended. It just made me think. I'm hiding in mommy jeans and college sweaters these days, especially when the kids are around. This season, I've been sunbathing once, for an hour. I'm beginning to look like I always wanted too, and I'm hiding! It's like one of these NBE spells or curses that are haunting bryony.

I've been thinking about this piece of bro science:
http://staleycertified.com/wp-content/up...eashed.pdf

The bro claims to hold a PhD, so I assume the ideas in the text are more sound than the style suggests. I already linked this text three days ago, but it keeps me thinking.

I'm taking a lot of carbs in the evening, in the porridge with the hops, oats, flax, soy, black seed, and the multivitamin. Now that article says carbs with lean protein are for the morning, and protein with fat without carbs is for the evening. Well I knew that all along, but somehow it didn't sink into my program.

I could move some of the herbs to before noon, but not the hops, because it makes me sleepy. The oats and the multivitamin contain vitamin B6, which is sedative above 10 mg. So that stays in the evening too.

I could try and mix the herbs into a soup or sauce with meat for the evening. Or use yogurt or protein powder. OK, time for a few experiments in the kitchen Smile

Hi karen,

I found the publication that reports an effect of organic farming:

http://pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.1021/jf061647r

"Relevance of Organic Farming and Effect of Climatological Conditions on the Formation of α-Acids, β-Acids, Desmethylxanthohumol, and Xanthohumol in Hop (Humulus lupulus L.)"

'Of the three varieties studied, First Gold was the only one showing a clear trend for higher concentrations of secondary metabolites under organic growing conditions than under conventional farming conditions.'

Even bad weather helps. The hops you found in Oregon should be great Smile

In two weeks without L-arginine, weight has decreased rapidly from 82.5 to 81.0 kg. Body Mass Index (BMI) has improved too, but is still overweight (25
Breast circumference is the same as two weeks ago, at 115 cm, or 45 ". Band size has increased from 88 to 90 cm, but that still rounds to 35 ". I'm still a US 40 DD, but in EU sizes, I've dropped to 90 G.

Waist to Hip Ratio (WHR) is down from 0.82 to 0.81, well on track to go back to the 0.79 of a month ago.

I'm keeping the program as it is for now, but if my growth stalls, as it did in March, the black seed goes out to see if that has anything to do with it. I'm still following the trends of 2 cm bust growth and 0.015 WHR decrease per month. During the L-arginine experiment, I was doing slightly better, but now it's back to normal, even a little worse. I ramped up L-arginine for two weeks, and kept it at the maximum dose of 10 g for six weeks. The ramp up was spectacular, but the six weeks after that were just following the trend. So if I ever use L-arginine again, I'll do just the ramp up.

Height: 178.5 cm = 5 * 30.48 + 10 * 2.54 = 5' 10"

Body Mass Index (BMI): 81.0/1.785/1.785 = 25.4

Under: 90 cm = 35" Difference Breast - Under = 115 - 90 = 25 cm = 10 ", US bra size 40 DD, EU 90 G
Waist: 82 cm = 32"
Hip: 101 cm = 40" (actually the widest part around my butt)
Waist to hip ratio (WHR): 82/101 = 0.81

Hi Isabelle:
Is it possible to combine pueraria with hops in the follicular phase ( as they say any herb with PM will decrease it's efficacy) or just PM in the follicular and continue Eve's prog in the luteal phase? coz I really wanna start Eve's programe but with PM added.
on the other hand how to deal with the bitter taste of hops tea???
thnx
Reply

Hi sfita,

I think Dargona took hops with PM with good results. Not too many other people tried it.

To cover the bitterness, put the hops in milk with honey and some cereals.
