I've been doing this exercise for about a week now, so I haven't had any progress yet, but so far I love it.

I use 5lb weights and fifteen reps when I do it, but next time I do them I plan on using 7lbs, and then going from there. You don't feel it as much in your chest muscles at first (you almost feel it COMPLETELY in your arms), but eventually you start to feel it. When I workout hard, I can feel my chest muscles hurting the next day when I stretch my arm out too far.
I love how this also works out your arms, since mine are a little flabby, and having smaller arms will help make my boobs look bigger.
This guy also has a bunch of other breast workouts on his website:

I've been mostly doing ab and butt workouts these past few months, but I'm ready to incorporate these breast workouts into the mix! Bikini season is on the horizon, so we should be doing everything we can to make our assets look larger!

I like me easy curves stick. It's easy, quick, and straight to the point. I've been using it more regular lately and I've notices over the last few weeks my boobs seem a bit perkier. I'm hoping it'll help with cleavage.

Is it just a regular bar for gymnastics? I mean would any other stick serve for the same purpose?

Lol no its not a gymnastics stick. It's just a cheap pink plastic stick that you pump with ur arms. I bought it off an infomercial a few years back. I can't say that it increased my bust per say but it is an easy way to tone the chest muscles which will keep your boobs in place. I just like it because it's convient. Massage and NB take enough time as it is.

Good video. I need to be doing more pushups, but my workout buddy is a wimp so we usually don't do them.
They ARE great for building chest muscle, though, and you can really feel the burn with certain pushup positions!
That Easy Curves stick looks amazing! I'd love to get one to try it! Although for now I'll stick with basic exercise and see where that can get me. I build muscle fast, so I feel like I'll be growing in no time!

Ahh ok Cat, I thought it was like a heavy bar and you exercised with it lifting it like a dumbbell
Thanks for the link Adrianna, the stick looks fun. I've also seen that someone in AmazonUK's marketplace is selling it for 8.99 pounds:

And Doll, that nowloss page you linked is awesome, there are so many workouts! Right now I'm browsing through the exercises for the lower abs

I've got one of those Easy Curves. It says you will notice results in 30 days (sorry, I think it was 30, but not 100% sure). I did it for just over 30 days and did not notice any difference whatsoever. I was really disappointed with it.

The video of the guy is just doing flies. One thing most people do wrong when doing flies is to not squeeze their chest muscles and keep their shoulders back (your shoulder should be like hinge and not move). The mind body connection is important and you need to learn to squeeze the muscle you are trying work because your body will always have other muscles that may be more dominant and try and take the load.
Your pectoral muscle is divided into two parts major and minor. Major is the big one that covers the chest with the muscle fibres mostly running horizontal and minor is on the outer running kinda vertically.
If your goal is lift the breast by developing some muscle under it. I would recommend doing incline movements where you work the upper part of the pectoral major. Doing a lot of flat work that works the lower portion tends to destroy breasts. Look at competing figure models. They all have implants because of it.
I would also suggest trying to this via fast twitch muscle fibres. These are smaller than slow twitch which will give you a more muscular look. To do it this way you want to 12-15 reps with shorter rest times. If you don't feel any strain before 15 reps the weight you are working with is too light and you will most likely get no growth.
