I tweaked it a little this morning ... and I'm probably gonna make a decent change for the evening go around .....
Here's this morning
• 7:06 AM … 3 - 160mg Capsules of Standardized SP … 1 more than yesterday
• 7:37 AM … 1 Menohop Capsule … did not take yesterday
• 8:25 AM … 6,000 mg Hops Extract in Oatmeal … 2,000 mg LESS than yesterday
• 8:30 AM … 1 tube of Testim … ½ tube less than yesterday
More SP to suppress more DHT ... threw in Menohop just to keep things interesting. 2,000 mg less Hops and 1/2 tube less Testim ... which will overall lower Free T .... but still will result (I hope) in less DHT and More Estradiol
End result (I'm thinking) .... More towards Estrogen Dominance ... less Stallion .....

I'm hoping that the DHT Blocking by the SP is more than the DHT blocking that I loose by reducing Hops ... Should I keep the Hops at 8,000? Is Hops or SP Blocking stronger?

After thinking about it I decided to have 2,000 mg Hops with Yogurt.
So my morning Hops is the same (Anti-androgen and phytoestrogen effects are the same)
SP (Anti-androgen) is 1 1/2 times more
Testim is 1/3 less ... meaning 1/3 less Free T
