Hi Brilaw, thanks for the comment!
I have only had my hormones tested once. I did the tests after my first nbe attempt when I was taking everything under the sun. It caused a major imbalance of all my hormones which left me with painful periods, massive acne and hirsuitism. It was the biggest mistake to play a guessing game with my body. This was when I learned I had hashimoto's and all of my hormone levels where Higher than normal but out of all of them, my progesterone levels where the lowest, which was the only reason why I used PC.
The cream I used is Kokoro, its Korean or Japanese and you can find it on Amazon or at a health food place like wholefoods or sprouts.
I don't remember when in my cycle I took my tests but I took both blood and saliva. And now that I have the money, I am going in for some thorough testing at the end of this month and devise my program based on my results.
I am still interested in cycling both PM and BO. I know this is a dangerous thing to consider by most nbe'rs but I think the two are the opposite enough to cycle both at different times consistently throughout each month. I just have to make sure I am creating a balance and whether or not my body really needs it.
I am anxious to get the tests done and over with. I can't wait to give it a real go and not give up! I never thought I would be able to keep a full b cup but I believe I am permantly a b cup as it has been a little over a month off of topical PM. Time for that C!
