Need help for a suitable program

Hello guys,

I am a girl like everyone else here looking for bigger boobs. I'm 21 and
i decided to take PM after reading for a while about NBE metods and bought noogleberry too. It has been 3 months since i started with all of this, and sincerely i think i'm doing something wrong. I'm very skinny around my chest, you can see my ribs, but i have a nice butt and prety legs, i'm not skinny at all down there. I think i haven't had any growth at all or if i did it wasn't a noticible one, just more tenderness. My period has become irregular, i had 2 periods last time during the time we supposedly should have 1. I'm going to have a 1 moth break now, so when i get back to taking PM again i want to be sure i am doing it ok. That's why i need your help ! : )
- I'm taking ainterol 500mg. 1 per day for the seven days of my period, then i take 2 until day 12. And on day 15 i take 2 until day 24.
- Fennel tea since day 11 and stopping on day 24.
- noogleberry for 40 mins before going to bed.
- 1 spoonful of ensure powder. To make sure i take the calories i should per day, since i don't eat well.

That's all i take, so is there something you recommend me? like a diet, or collagen, gelatin, or something like that i read about recently.
Or a better program, so it doesn't mess with my period, or taking a hormone test i don't know. : /
I'm starting to feel sad again about my body, i feel like a little girl, i have always been so small... i don't even fill an A bra i think : ( i have to wear stuffed bras wahhh i don't want that anymore, i am going to endure any time it takes, so please help me do it well : ) And excuse my english it's not my main language Tongue

Hola Planita! My opinion would be stop taking PM until day 24, that's probably why you got two periods instead of one...PM should only be taken during ovulation days one to 15..but not everyone ovulates on day 15 ...I for example ovulate on day 17-18...I recommend getting an ovulation test just to be sure. Now about the fennel tea, from what I have read around here some girls mixing other herbs with PM also had problems, so I think it is best to always use PM alone, at least at the beginning and always start on a low dosage.
So this is what I think you could do:
-Start taking 1 pill the first month for 15 days and then ramp it up the next month
-I notice you don't mention anything about creams or massage, well noogleberry is fine, but you NEED a PM cream, I really think it's essential ( I use Ro-Bust) and you also need massage ( I use a bust roller http://www.ebay.com/itm/Cell-Roller-Massage-Bust-Breast-Enhancer-Massager-/180679684194?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2a11593062 ,really cheap on ebay and personally I think it has helped me alot. So the next thing would be use PM cream and massage your breast twice a day
-You say you don't eat well, you really should make an effort and eat some more.
-As for supplements I recommend getting MSM powder and collagen powder. Besides boobs you'll get beautiful hair and skin!

Adrianna, what PM cream do you use, and do you use that only through ovulation, like the oral supplements? I am at the beginning of my NBE journey and have never used PM in any form and am not really familiar with it. I do Natural Family Planning so I always know exactly when I ovulate, so it would be easy for me to use it according to my cycle. But I wasn't sure if the cream was the same as the oral supplements.

You don't NEED a PM cream.

However in your case I would suggest trying a PM cream as the primary source of PM. Because in your situation you sound like you are genetically made to store fat on your legs and butt. So taking using orals may increase your leg and butt size even more and might not give you the body ratio you are seeking.

So I would suggest massaging in a cream twice daily and taking one 500mg pill.

Again massage is essential. If you don't want to get a roller (I don't know anything about them) Look up chi massage, look on you tube for chiyo's fat sculpting massage. Mix it up.

One thing you are completely missing is a source of progesterone. It is very important to get the required balance for growth, helps breasts mature and refreshes your estrogen receptors. Options include birth control high in progesterone, a progesterone cream (not plain wild yam cream) and some herbs some what increase it.

So an easy way to do it similar to cycles Estrogen routine for the first half, progesterone for the second. But there is A LOT of variation and you can experiment to see what works for you.

I would also recommend fixing your diet to get all your essential amino acids and fix your diet. Because a body won't optimally grow in a calorie deficient state.

Hi Planita,

I cant personally recommend a pm cream, but Adrianna has used Ro-bust by Siriporn and she has grown.

I've learned some do's and don't's for the diet which I hope might help you.

To promote good cell growth, cut out (or down to a minimum) caffeine and alcohol, although if you really must have caffeine drink lots of water to compensate. I have de-caff 90% of the time now, which isn't completely caffeine free. Caffeine can increase miresterol, BUT caffeine does inhibit cell growth. Also avoid fizzy drinks.

Try to eat fresh healthy foods and avoid fried and junk food. Eat lots of healthy protein such as chicken. Amino acids, so sunflower and pumpkin seeds, peanuts, dates and also dairy products milk and yoghurts.

Some say avoid soy, as it is a phytoestrogen so may weaken the effect of the pm.
