With my discouraging lack of success (probably caused by lack of commitment on my part) I think that many of the vacuum products offered for NBE such as Noogleberry or Brava simply suck.

Well she wore it a lot when she started. Before she started PM. The results were nothing special, not really noticeable. With suction stuff it is all about mitosis (i think that is it) and it is a VERY slow process. Also this method alone has not lead to permanent gains. NB would be faster because it can get a stronger pulling effect. But is easier to wear the up'll stuff for longer periods of time. Just don't wear it for more than 3 hours.

In my opinion it is a good supplement to herbal routine. It seemed to help a little with herbs. But she rarely uses it any more due to just can't be bothered.

Brava needed 12 hours minimum a day for 12 weeks to work so I am not surprised that those cups didn't have permanent gains if only worn for 3-5 hours a day. The suction must be much less then Brava so a lot more hours should be needed for a much longer peroid of time then for Brava. There must be a way to prepare the skin for a weartime of longer than 5 hours. Jiberish, did you wife try any methods or is her skin extra sensitive? Was it maybe do to sweating?

I am so interested in this method because Brava is still the only method that has given me permanent gains but there is no way I can go through that again. Up'll C and D seems so much more comfortable.
