4 Months, 2 Cups and Still Growing...

Hmmm I c, thanks for letting me know, I thought of Maybe switching herbs when the growth slows or a few months, We will c its only been two weeks hopefully I c a differences in a couple weeks or so and I'm going to stop taking them slowly to hlp prevent shrinking.

Am also thinking on getting that bust roller from amazon or ebay I'm really getting fed up of massaging, I don't have time for that.

So...I know I lost some growth a few days ago, and I'm on a cleanse break right now, so I should be losing even more growth, but...somehow, I've gained even more growth than I had before. o.O I'm at about 37" now!

I can't say it's the phytoestrogens in the Milk Thistle (but maybe it is). It's most likely the flaxseed oil I've been massaging with. However, I still shouldn't have gained like this. I guess this means the growth I've achieved so far actually IS permanent growth. Holy crap.

Last time I cleansed, I lost almost all my growth at that point pretty immediately (about a cup and a half). I completely expected that to happen this time. I really can't believe the growth is so permanent already. Those breaks each month really must have done the trick.

Lol I actually consider myself very lucky, seeing as how long it takes some people to grow. If I were actually lucky, though, I'd have grown breasts at puberty, but I guess that's neither here nor there. ^^;

I'm officially at 37". What a straight-up miracle.

Doll I just wanted to say you're the most inspiration to me of all the people in this forum because you're very close to my own age, on a similar program of herbs and judging from the photos your boobs at your starting point were very similar to mine Smile I really hope to get the kinda results that you did! I'm in the second month now, just cleansed with Milk Thistle for about 5 days during my period (even though my period was crazily light this month, does anyone know what that means?) and I feel like I haven't lost anything! (yet :s) (and it's not like I grew loads already) Really looking forward to seeing your progress so I can steal some more tips from you Smile

Thank you very much. I'm so glad I can inspire people, it really makes me feel like spending so much time in these forums trying to help people is worth it.

Most women will experience lighter and shorter periods on NBE as their hormones are balanced. It's one of the many benefits of these herbs. Smile Also, that's amazing that you didn't lose any growth yet, especially so early in NBE! I'm so happy for you! Hopefully things can continue like that for you! When I take a break each month from my herbs, I don't cleanse, just stop taking everything altogether for five days. I'm only cleansing with Milk Thistle every three months. Let me know if cleansing with Milk Thistle every month keeps working for you, though!

I just finished my cleanse. Did a 7 day cleanse instead of a 5 day cleanse. I figured I wasn't losing any growth, so I might as well. Smile Started my herbs up again today. I'm starting out taking only two saw palmetto twice daily, instead of three. We'll see what it does for me, and if it works at that dose, then I'll be using less herbs each month (save myself a little bit of money for such an expensive hobby ^^Wink

I've lost a slight bit of growth at the very end of my cleanse, but I think that's because it's about that time of the month (and for some reason I've been shrinking a little right before that time rather than swelling like most women). I'm usually seeing new growth by the 5th day, where most people are seeing their smallest size at that time. So hopefully I'll be hitting 27" officially soon, and then eventually even larger.

Hey doll I have an non-NBE related question. I would've asked on Bhm but for some reason I can't start topics on my phone. Luckily I can ask here. I'm trying to increase my butt so of couse I do squats. The problem is I rarely (I mean rarely) feel any burn in my butt or under it or close to it. All the burn from my sqquats is in my thghs. Am I squatting wrong or is my butt still benefiting?

Always welcome to non-NBE questions, too! Smile

Here's a few examples of things that might help you achieve that bigger butt:
How to Squat Properly
Squatting With Dumbbells
Frog Squats
Donkey Kicks
Curl Kick (You don't need to do it with the dumbbell, but it's basically a donkey kick with your leg curled--works the butt MUCH harder)
How to Lunge Properly

Just a few different examples of what I try to do most workout days. Check your stance with theirs, and sometimes it just takes getting used to balancing your body for each workout before you get the hang of it. Squats won't always hurt in your butt, the main way to tell is if you're feeling it after the workout. Also, when you squat, make sure you come down far enough that your thighs are parallel to the floor--that's where it really starts to work your butt muscles. I do three sets of 15, and when I get to 15 each time, I hold it at that point for a few seconds, lower myself even more and hold that position for a few more seconds, then come up.

Use weights for everything I listed. Ankle weights for the floor exercises and dumbbells for the standing ones. More weights is better. Even if it's more than you could normally lift in a bicep curl, it will still be easy enough to use for squatting exercises. Smile I can curl 20lbs, but I can't afford new weights, so I'm only squatting with 15lbs right now (which is the main reason my progress has plateaued at 40"). Really, I should be squatting with around 30lbs to see the best results. ^^; Plenty of women are actually squatting with over 100lbs at the gym! They're the ones getting the best results!

I actually just worked out yesterday for the first time in two weeks. My butt is burning! I'm really trying to get a bigger butt now, so sick of my current size, so I plan on getting extra ankle weights for my next workout, and might be getting new dumbbells soon if I can afford it. I wish I had an extra room in the house I could convert into a workout room. Then I'd really get motivated! I should be seeing some new growth in a week if I can keep adding weights and different workouts!
