A very easy way to keep the ladies perky is exercise! A great exercise as in sports and a good workout at the gym. You also want a lot of carbs so you can have a kt of fat tissue in your boobs but keeping them perky. Also eat a lot of fruit and beggis and don't forget all your protein. Lay off the caffiene but drink some here and there. A good way to keep your boobs perky but yet big is a lot of herbs. I drink green tea. A glass or two a day and I went from barely filling a 34B to almost busting out the top of a 36B! Don't let the girls droop,let them be perky an happy!
