I just wanted to send a message to those of you out there who are doing NBE and feel like you may not be seeing much growth. Think about it like this: Your hair is growing EVERY SINGLE DAY, but do you notice that it's gotten longer everyday? NO! Usually it takes anywhere from one to three months for you to be able to notice that the length of your hair has grown at all. Today I realized that it's the exact same with NBE. I sometimes fall in to the habit of examining my breasts everyday for signs of growth and this causes some disappointment because I don't usually notice it, BUT overall I know that they have gotten bigger! My bra's are now fitting tighter and they are definitely more noticeable under my shirt when I'm not wearing a bra. I feel sensations of aching, itchiness, tingling, and warmth almost every day so I know they are growing, but like I said I don't always notice a visual change. The fact is, NBE is no quick fix, but it absolutely does work. I am now about a month and a half into my program and am definitely noticing a change(I was able to comfortably wear a non-padded bra for the first time in my life about two weeks ago which is a huge step for me!), but my own eagerness sometimes causes me to become impatient. Be patient, don't examine your breasts everyday, and you will see result! Much love and good luck ladies!

Even now, when I've lost a little bit of growth this past week and I'm not bursting out of my bra like I was, I'm still ok with it because I know my breasts are beautiful as-is, and will only become more beautiful in time.
now that I think of it, maybe progesterone is the culprit. Why did our breasts grow during luteal swelling? Wahaika said that progesterone stops breast growth but Ginie grew hers using PC because she is progesterone deficient. What if we have a normal progesterone level?? Maybe blocking it will help us retain the swelling and thus become growth like in our puberty times. What do you girls think?? Do you use anti-progesterone herbs in your regime?
