4 Months, 2 Cups and Still Growing...

It doesn't matter that you will be taking red clover and pc at same time?

I hope not. :/ I'm still not really sure what people generally take with their PC. I figure since my estrogen likely isn't high, red clover will keep it at as stable level. All I really need to do is to raise my progesterone levels, but cutting my rc a little bit in the beginning of the month might help keep my estrogen levels lower while I'm not using pc.

You could try taking fennel with your PC, but as far as I know, PC should be enough on it's own!

Doll, I know you already know this, but be careful with that PC. It's sooo easy to take too much. Ginie had a diagnosed progesterone deficiency, but she still only used PC for 2 weeks out every 3 months. If it builds up too much in your system, it can stay in your fat cells for a long time, much longer than a lot of other phytohormones, and if the levels are too high it will wreak havoc the entire time, and probably prevent growth as well.

Thank you, I'll be sure to be careful. My cream says to apply it twice a day for two weeks, but I'm only going to be using it twice a day for the first two days (just to get it in my system and since I'll only be using it a week this time), and then I'm going to switch to once a day. I want to use it two weeks every month (and I'm using a little less than is suggested, too), but if it starts to become too much, I might just switch to one week out of each month.

I just started yesterday and my breasts are already sore again like they should be. I'm so relieved. It seems like they're going to start growing again soon, so maybe I'll start filling out this new bra soon. My pants fit a little better this morning, too (only slightly), so I should be able to tackle my cellulite now. I still can't believe I went from being estrogen deficient to being estrogen dominant. Just my luck. :/ Might start on maca again next month just to keep things stable. Hopefully I'll be able to sleep now that I'm stabilizing things.

Also, my Squeem has been amazing to me these past few days. It started to bunch at the pull of my waist a lot less, so I finally tightened it to the second hooks, and it's bunching up and pulling me in more again. I still don't think I've lost much yet, but the curve in my waist is so defined, even in the morning. Last night it looked SOOO dramatic for hours after taking my Squeem off. I've started taking morning walks to help me lose some fat, and I think that helped a lot, too (I sweated so much afterwards!) My slightly smaller waist is helping me appreciate my new breasts more and more now.

Soreness again right on! Hopefully it all works out!! I finally started feeling constant soreness again, only thing I'm doing different is using a heating pad on breasts after massage.

I have been looking into the squeem, so I am very glad to read that you have a good experience with it!

Wow, it's making that much of a difference??!? I might have to invest in one of these!

My breasts are so sore right now. I'm excited. The progesterone seems to be helping a little already. My mood's been a little more stable. My breasts are actually smaller right now than they were before, but I also haven't been using flaxseed oil lately. Maybe it was making a difference. I'll start it again tonight and see.

Honestly, I wish I would have just gotten a corset. This was a damn waste of money. Since most of my fat is visceral and hidden in between all my organs and what-not, the Squeem CAN'T burn it off. Sad So unless most of your fat is subcutaneous, right under the skin, where you can grab it, then this won't help you lose fat (I'm even beginning to doubt its ability to burn subcutaneous fat very well). It's still cinching really well, though, and makes me look pretty thin in clothes. But because it bunches up in the middle of my waist, I have "grill marks" that don't go away (I'd have to stop wearing this thing for days for them to really go away). So you need to take that into consideration. It looks awful. I feel even more self conscious without it on because of this. You can even see it bunching under clothes if they're tight enough. It's not as well-made as you would think for the price (I've got some strings coming loose already, and while it's not falling apart yet, it makes me very scared that it will after two or three months of use. :/ And it's so misshapen now when I take it off from what it originally looked like. It's pretty stretched out and isn't pulling me in as much as it used to. And it's been almost one month now.

I just wish I hadn't spent my money on this thing to begin with. Results with a corset would have been better and I wouldn't have these awful marks on my body. I'm glad that it's pulling me in so much and making my shape sexier, but it's hard to feel sexy with what it does to you (especially knowing it isn't burning off any of my fat like it promises). My skin is actually breaking in parts from the boning, and I've got a pretty intense bruise right now. It also doesn't pull your stomach in at all, so if you do have belly pudge, it actually bends around it and makes it look so much worse. I no longer love this thing. At all. I want to burn it.

I'm starting a crazy diet right now with the help of MyFitnessPal. I got their app on my phone so I can add exercises and foods to my daily list as I consume them. I'm trying to stay under 1,500 calories a day total, including exercise. My goal is to lose one pound a week and to have lost this belly in one month. I'm walking/jogging every morning now for about an hour (3 or so miles). I'm also walking at night for a short bit (maybe 20-30 minutes, although I hate that the bugs are getting me). In order to burn a pound of fat, you have to burn about 3,700 calories.

So I figure with my cuts and exercise, I should be shedding over a pound a week. Smile I'm drinking green tea at each meal to help my body metabolize the food better, and drinking L-Carnitine liquid twice a day to help my body burn fat as fuel (I read that drinking it before a meal helps burn even more calories, so I'm doing that). I'm guessing that with my weight (128lbs), I'll probably be able to lose at least 6lbs of fat from my midsection. Yes, I want this all to happen within a month, although two months is my ultimate limit. This diet is killing me, but I know cutting back to lose weight is only temporary, and once I lose it, I'll be able to go back to eating whatever I want as long as I keep the exercise. Just knowing that I'll be able to eat more again once this is over makes this ok.

I'll keep you guys updated on my results of that as well. ;P I'm going to the beach for the last time this year on September 15th, so I need to lose 2-3lbs of belly fat by then or I ain't even trying to get in my bathing suit. I bought a scale today so I'll be able to properly track my progress. I hope to be around a 25" waist by the end of this. Wish me luck!

Ah! I didn't word that right. I'm feeling soreness but I don't think its heating pad that's just something I've added to routine to help with blood flow in breasts.
