tibetan princess's program

(31-08-2012, 04:53)Louloute Wrote:  hi TibetanPrincess Smile

sorry if you have posted before but im just wondering what's the purpose of the parsley and alfalfa you're taking? - does it help with BO? and is the cayenne for your temperature?

also, are you resuming PM for this cycle?

you have amazing progress and def look more like a C to me Wink

Hi Louloute!

I am taking parsley for my adrenals. I have stage 3 adrenal fatigue. The alfalfa is for the pituitary. I was taking both for support and healing measures. My thyroid is messed up so taking both of these kind of help out since the pituitary has to do the work in place of my sluggish thyroid. I believe it also helps with the addition of BO since these glands and ovaries work together. I needed healing and support all the way around.

I chose not to do PM with BO because I don't think its necessary. I think BO is just powerful or even more than with PM. BO contains progesterone, estrogen, and trace amounts of growth factors, testosterone.

Since I am low in all hormones via my tests, I made the choice to fully go with BO to keep it simple.

As for the cayenne, I have low blood pressure and terrible circulation plus its warming to the womb so I thought it would be perfect to tag along.

Thank you for your compliment. I really am not there yet, but close! Wink

On a side note: I am doing a cleanse of DIM and colon herbs for the week along with a low dose of BO.

thx princess, wow you are a well of knowledge! it's yours and Ginie's thread that i've gained so much info on. been reading over and over again. but sometimes it goes in one ear and out the other (a lot of the time actually).

it really looks like you've prescribed yourself everything that correlates and works together! i wish you lots of luck although i dont think you need it Wink

one more question, do you have to cycle DIM? im also looking into adding this.
as for cleanse... i think doing a hydrotherapy colon once in a while really does the job.

you're really convincing me to do a proper saliva testing to figure out what exactly im lacking and have a surplus of. i did the online test, which seems reliable but all it's telling me is that i am wayy estro dominant and progesterone deficient.

Thank You Louloute!
As far as DIM, I know you can take it everyday. Its just great to clean the receptors out from everyday estrogen garb we are exposed to, though it is not necessary unless you have breast cancer and the like. I just like to clean up during menses so adding DIM is one thing.

I would say get the tests done. Its so worth it. Here is the most affordable I have found. You get a lot of tests on different hormones many kits do not offer and if they are, they are hella expensive. They are a real pharmacy and will not charge you extra fees to have your results explained to you.

Its possible you are estro dom but remember, I am also technically estro dominant and still need to supplement with an estrogen source as I am low in all hormones. You can be the same and not even know it.

I am more determined to make my chosen nbe method work and not give up because of what I know I need.

I am now day two of my menses cycle 19*(2) and have noticed the bloat has diminished 90%. I can pump now and have. I feel like my tops have increased a little.

So looking back at my grandma's physique, I realize she not only has big breasts, but a lot of top boobage like the "long crack cleavage."

I think my breasts are at a different stage of filling out or in I should say since the points always seem to be longer and wider with the lack of meat.

Still waiting on the under boobage to come in but with the tops filling, I am noticing slight filling in on the inner side boob area.

So hopefully I keep all of this by day 5 and soon the bottoms will start to fill.

I am thinking of taking my BO dose up to either 3x 4 a day or 5x 3 a day. Not sure at this moment.

Today day 5 of cycle *19(2). The swelling has all gone down and maybe as of yesterday. I just know I am smaller now. Did I keep any growth? Sadly, I don't think so but if I did, I cannot tell though it looks like my tops have a tad bit more like my cleavage is slightly closer together.

Day 6 of cycle 19*2 and I have squishy boob effect now. I feel like they need perk. Still pointy and lack plumpness like in luteal.

I want to know what causes this? Is it a spike in prolactin? Is it just my low hormone levels? idk. I haven't begun my PC/Estroil gel yet. Its kinda pricey and I will wait till the end of Sept to get them. But I am now titrating up on T3/4 and hopefully this will kick in by then as fat distribution correction is greatly needed.
I am doing BO 6drops 2x daily. I am going up to 15 drops next week for the 2nd week of Follicular phase.

Still a B cup. I feel like my left is a small B cup while my right is a solid B. I still have a ways to go to get to a C. Feels like its nearly impossible at this rate.

No aches or pains just a little itching in the areola on the responsive breast of course.

Some things to note:

Last night, I caught a whiff of myself. Its so strong. That damn BO smell many of the ladies talked about while taking it is now in effect on me. I know low hormone levels leave a gal dry and prob with a lack of pheromones smell as well but this is just something I am not used to.

It is rather strong and I believe it is my second dose of 6drops 2x a day. I think I found the right dose for follicular phase.

This morning, I also noticed my lady organs feeling different than they normally do. I feel like things are alive. I guess being with out a healthy level of hormones you don't feel so lively and now taking this BO is making things thrive. I can feel slight aching in the ovaries and uterus, even the tubes! I can feel them now.

I have also noticed have no major feelings in the breasts however, my areolas are a tad bit darker from apparent progesterone increase. And also, that that weird squishy boob syndrome, lol.

This is only the third week of BO. I am not even 1 month in! I think this stuff is working. If its true it takes about three months to see a or feel a change, then I shall be patient.

Hi ! So you're taking twice the recommended dose of UB?

Hi Louloute, I was just titrating up on the dose, its actually quite lower than the recommended dosage but its 2x more than what I started out doing. I think its like around 350mg but since its in the form of drops, its far more absorbable as it is straight into the blood stream.

I am just experimenting here and I am my own guinnie Blush
