New here! Need advice on how to start!

Question

I am 20 years old, 5'6" and nearly 100 pounds. My breasts are currently size 32A.
The only medications I currently take on a consistent basis is my birth control which is Tri-Sprintec.

My breasts have grown a little over the past two years but I have recently been interested in purchasing some items to amp up my breast growth. I am mostly interested in taking herbal supplements orally, and maybe later incorporating in other measures. I looked on amazon.com for the top customer rated breast enlargement products and I found an herbal supplement called "Full Fill" ( http://amzn.com/B008E06142 ) and I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of this product or used it. Can results be seen using this product on its own or do you girls think I should implement other measures?

Thanks in advance for all your help. I really look forward to hearing what you all think I should do to get started.

I do know about some breast massage techniques but have not been very good at keeping at them like I know I should. I am more apt to the idea of an oral supplement or even a tea or food suggestion. Let me know if you all have any other ideas for me! Tell me about products that worked for you if you were in a similar situation to me.

Sounds like that product really works...

There's actually some pretty convoluted science behind NBE... It's not so easy as for us to just say, here! Take this!

You kinda should try to determine your starting hormone balance first... Does your insurance cover such testing? If so, talk to your doctor about it. He might even know something about what we're doing Wink

I realize I'd be asking you to do some really long waiting before even starting, but... we can't REALLY tell you what you should do otherwise.

You could try BO. It can boost size without having any real effect on hormone balance - http://www.swansonvitamins.com/SW1302/ItemDetail

I'd suggest taking at least double that though. Swanson puts 250mg in their caps and then say only take one a day. Most girls who get results from BO are taking at least 500mg a day.

Hi, welcome to the forum!

Its not that no one has anything for you, its just that with NBE, we have all been learning it is all about trial and error. It is a very individual journey that only you as the journeyman can really know what is right for you.

There is no "one works for all approach." There is a wealth of info on this forum alone. You must read and educate yourself and make your own decision as to even which type of NBE you would like to try. There are herbal, diet, pharmaceutical, glandular approaches etc.

I always tell noobs wanting boobs to research, research, research and get your saliva or blood tests done if you can before even starting. Its overwhelming and takes months to even decipher the biology for starting NBE. Its not overnight and you have to instill patience as you can really screw up your hormonal balance.

Goodluck with what you choose.

Any idea on what I should actually say to my doctor? What types of tests to be exact should I go about getting? Sorry, I know this sounds kind of redundant.

We're MOSTLY interested in progesterone, estrogen, and testosterone. Your full cycle range. We're also interested in like cortisol or something I think?

Uhm... just ask for a "Female Hormone Balance" test. Say something like you just think something might be a little off. Or something.
