Start with one a day (usually 500mgs), and don't increase until you stop seeing any negative side effects that might occur (usually 1-2 weeks). I started maca again, and I'm not seeing an increase in acne yet; my acne's actually been getting better (but that could be because I've started walking/sprinting every day, and it's causing me to sweat out all my impurities, and then I of course shower afterwards to further cleanse my pores). My hormones finally seem like they're starting to stabalize again, and I'm getting slight pains and seem to be growing again. Maybe my HGH will also increase from the sprinting and will help, too.
My waist has already dropped from a large 27" to a regular 26" from a few days of exercise and extreme dieting. I guess my natural waist is about 24-23", because this 26" still looks huge on me!
I really thought it would take corset training to hit that size, but it looks like I'll be able to do it naturally before I even start training! I can't wait to see how large my breasts look on that small a waist! Corset training from there will truly give me an anime body.
