Thank you what may I ask is your diet/workout routine?
Quote:I'm so sore today. I got my Volufiline in the mail yesterday! :3 I don't think that's adding to the soreness, but who knows. I've also been taking maca protein instead of regular protein, so my entire body is so sore right now from my workouts! I hope this means it'll help build more muscle, especially since I'm afraid of losing my butt with all the walking/jogging I've been doing. I hope to be at a 25" waist in two weeks, but then again, now that my bloating's gone, I don't know if making such a loss so quickly is possible. ^^; As of right now, I'll be able to lose 2 pounds a week with my diet/exercise, so it could still happen. I'm sure losing 4lbs of fat will make a good difference in my stomach.

Also, I have used MyFitnessPal, as well. It's really great to help you be more aware of what you are putting into your body. It really helped me! Good luck!

I've been MIA for a little bit now after being a little discouraged from not getting any type of growth or swelling after trying Ultra Breast for about 6 months.
I just decided to come back on the forum and I read your thread, and I am very inspired!!! I am definitely considering just trying a combination of individual herbs. I want to try fenugreek and saw palmetto, but I am not sure how to figure out dosing.
What did you do to figure out what was the optimal dosage of each herb?
Thanks in advance!

Well, first off, glad to hear you're back and ready to give things a second try! Sometimes things won't work for everyone, so it's usually a good general rule to stick to something for 3-4 months, and can it if you don't see or feel any results in that time.
To figure out my perfect dose, I slowly ramped up in the beginning. Start low, maybe like 1,000mgs, and each week add another 500mgs until you start feeling a change in your body. This change may not necessarily be growth or growing pains, but even a difference in mood or hair growth. Stay at this dose for a good trial period, and then if you feel like it's still not enough for growth, ramp up a little bit more and test that. Unfortunately, there's no perfect way to figure out something like dosing, so just go with your intuition and listen to your body. Stronger herbs like red clover should always be at lower doses than everything else, so look into the individual properties of each herb before starting, and good luck! I hope you find what works for you this time!
Unfortunately, despite my incredibly tender/sore breasts these past few weeks, I've got no growth to report. I wonder if I may need higher doses at this point. I can't really afford to take many more pills. I might try Grobust like my friend, and use that in low doses in addition to my current herbs. It has a few other herbs in it, and adding them might help my body get back into the growing stages again. I will give this PC another month to start getting results, and then try that if I don't see anything. Man, I had no idea this last cup would e such a struggle. It seemed like it would be so easy...I've been going through the archives to get more perspective, and I'm going to get back on my Zinc supplement again. That may be part of the problem...
