Bought some RoseHip tablets yesterday... would they be a good thing to take?

Along with EPO, saw palmetoo, fenugreek, omega 3, iron tablets, and multi vitamin. does anyone else use rosehip?

Rosehip or dog rose is in WU, mainly as source of vitamin C. Can't harm that's for sure.

I believe that vitamin c helps with absorption, so if WU has rosehip in it's probably a smart thing to do.

Vitamin C is what the body makes progesterone from - it's also in WU as mentioned above and in some Thai NBE stuff. Look up Fullness on the Program page - she had a good result and the green papaya drink she used had rosehip in. I've bought some, only downside is it's expensive.

How many should i take a day? is fenugreek better taken in capsuel form or for massage? im thinking about buying one more thing to add to my program any suggestions? thanks.
