Nullmoon's Boobventure: 32AA -> Full B cup / C Cup

Cup: AA (32 inches)
Goal: Full B cup, though I'm toying with the idea of a C cup. I'm a small girl. Tongue Depends on how I like a full B.

No medications.

Normally only drink in social situations. Not going to give up coffee for the time being. I limit myself to one cup per day, and that lasts me from morning to afternoon; I don't down it all in one go.

As I go through my program, I'll give a monthly update of what I took on what cycle day. For example:

I'll fill it in as needed, and probably with links to whatever brand of herb I was taking. Like in cell #1. Numbers will be by the dosage unstead of by the capsule or what have you. Hence the link, so inquiring minds can see what the dosage is.

I plan on a breast massage every other day w/cocoa butter, with a fenugreek massage once a week. May switch it to PM later, but we'll see.

Will be posting pictures eventually. Well, when I have stuff to compare with. Cool

Hi and Welcome Nullmoon,

Wow you very similar to my build, not sure what your hip area is but the other dif.. is I am 22 yrs older then you.. I drink 1-2 cups of coffee and dont plan on stopping either and each one takes me 1-4 hours to drink (thanks for the microwaveBig Grin)and I smoke cigs (about5-10 depends on stress).. I also started on FG and now on PM but I am going to mix the 2 and see what happens..I have made some progress..only been almost 2 months..

Do alot of reading if you havent already.. and best to your growing journeyBig Grin

Hi! I never remember what my hip measurement is, for some reason. Not sure why. Actually pretty happy with what I have around my hips and bum, even if I do need to get off my ass and start toning up more. Big Grin Yay coffee people! You can pry my cup from my cold, dead hands.

Period started today. Yay cramps and surprise crime scene in my pants. Rolleyes Will be taking 1 capsule of Ainterol in the mornings from days 1-13. I'd like to wait until my second cycle to switch to two doses.

Will also be experimenting with saw palmetto. 1 450 mg capsule, about two hours after I take the Ainterol.

Nothing else for the first half of my cycle, except your usual multivitamin and hair/skin/nails supplement.

Long time, no post. Tongue I was actually debating on using my old thread or starting a new one. Since it's been so long (I blame having a weird college schedule). And I've tweaked my program a bit.

Taking a multivitamin, and biotin and MSM throughout my cycle for hair, skin and nails.

I've dropped the saw palmetto and fenugreek. Saw palmetto because I didn't see a reason to continue regularly taking it, unless I start breaking out or something. The fenugreek simply because, when I ran out, I kept forgetting to reorder.

I'm still taking Ainterol. 1 pill for the first five days of my cycle and then 2 up until I ovulate. I've been having symptoms of estrogen dominance though, even though my body's had time to grow accustomed to it. I've been experimenting with taking a dose of fennel (480mg) 1-2 hours after taking PM, since I wanted to see what that did first before dropping PM (it's helped my mood a lot). It's helping, and I've had an increase in tingles.

I purchased a Noogleberry system w/the medium cups. It arrived... Thursday, I believe? February 16th. Already seeing 1/2" - 1" of swelling. Not sure how long it lasts though, since I Noogle close to bedtime. But the swelling surprised me; didn't think I would see any that soon, since I'm just a 32AA. I'm just going to reiterate what others here have said, and that you should drink plenty of water everyday. Not just for Noogling, but for overall health too. I drink 2-3 liters a day.

Long time no post. Double majoring is fun!

Other than some random NBing, I haven't really been keeping up with NBE. Busy, busy. I did dive into the forums a bit more, in addition to looking over my previous experience. Changed my program up a bit again and will stick with this one for at least five cycles, though I may switch from saw palmetto to whole flax seed once my supply runs out.

Saw palmetto (ramped up to 1,100mg) 30 minutes before dinner.
Breast massage for 3-5 minutes and Noogle for 30 minutes at night.

Noted symptoms of estrogen dominance. Dropped PM for remaining cycle.

Days 21-30
Saw palmetto 30 minutes before breakfast. Breast massage for 3-5 minutes.
Another 550mg of saw palmetto in the afternoon, if I didn’t have the tea.
Saw palmetto and fennel (ramped up to 960mg) 30 minutes before dinner.
Sometimes used the PC cream, but never a full pump and only every few days. I wanna say about ⅓ - ½ a pump, and divided the cream between each breast.
Breast massage for 3-5 minutes and Noogle for 30 minutes at night.

Decided to be more progesterone focused than I used to be based on my previous blips with NBE, and because I also started taking my BBT on day 21 and felt that my temperature was much too low.

Noted a lot of swelling and tingles here (21-30). Even friends noticed the swelling, and I definitely fill my cup more. Haven’t completely pinned down the main contributor yet. It’s either the progesterone based stuff, giving the saw palmetto a chance again for high testosterone (and at a higher dose) and/or NB.

I may lower the usual dose of PM to 250mg; I think 500mg may be too high. I think I'll also adopt taking a five day break during my period, like in Doll's program.

I had a tooth infection during this cycle, so I didn't do a whole lot in terms of herbal NBE. I managed to get through PM before I ovulated, since the infection sent me to the dentist after that. But I took saw palmetto out this month during luteal, although I did keep the fennel.

I did notice less breast sensations in the second half of my cycle, though, without the saw palmetto. Since I didn't take it with the fennel, like I did last time (but I did still have some fullness).

I've been playing with broken flaxseed/linseed this time around out of boredom/no saw palmetto. I started at about 1/4th a tsp (I don't have a scale yet) and ramped up to a tablespoon (which was yesterday). Had definite breast sensations. Innnteresting.

Originally, my plan was to lower the dose of PM to a very low level for the luteal phase, and take it throughout my cycle, along w/fennel and PC cream if my progesterone seems too low. But I'm having second thoughts, since I always have signs of estrogen deficiency whenever I've stopped taking it during the luteal phase on top of signs of progesterone deficiency, yet PM is still pretty strong to keep taking. I think during next month (cycle three) I may order some fenugreek and red clover: red clover has both phytoestrogen and phytoprogesterone, going by these tables and charts Isabelle posted a while ago. Either that or hops and fenugreek, since I do already have the fennel anyway. Then I'll take whatever I choose with the saw palmetto.

July 31, 2012 - September 3, 2012 (Late period. Not exactly sure why yet, since I didn't take PM as long as last time).
Starting measurement: 33"
Ending measurement: 33.5" (+0.5)

Supplements:
Multivitamin

NBE herbs/creams/other:
Pueraria mirifica (Ainterol, 500mg/cap)
Saw palmetto berry (550mg/cap)

Whole flax seed (crushed/broken)

Day 6:
Half of a PM capsule (250mg) in the morning, with 2 capsules of saw palmetto (1,100mg).
Supplements at lunchtime.
Another 1,100mg saw palmetto prior to dinner.

Day 7-10:
PM capsule (500mg) in the morning, with 2 capsules of saw palmetto (1,100mg).
Supplements at lunchtime.
Another 1,100mg saw palmetto prior to dinner.

Now here's where it gets fuzzy... Can't exactly remember when I started taking fennel (forgot to write down the date), but it was for two weeks. I took the broken flax seed along with it, and started getting sensations at a tablespoon, like I mentioned in my last post.

I also massaged and used the NB throughout most of it, but started getting lazy toward the end. I wanted to mention I use the pump and hold method (pump, hold for ten minutes, release, pump... etc).

I decided to go with the red clover. I've been on it for almost two weeks. I feel more sore than usual. I seem to be fuller too, but I think it's really too early to tell, for me.

Also added dandelion root. chiyomilk was on B-UP DROP during the second half of her cycle (no idea if she still is. I haven't really looked at her page in a while). B-UP has red clover, fenugreek, saw palmetto and dandelion root in it. Experiences with DR seems to be limited here, so I decided to give it a shot. I won't really bother with the rest of the ingredients in B-UP. I don't really want to exceed more than four supplements at a time. At least in capsule form, anyway.

I have about a four month supply of RC. I'll use it up, and then switch the RC to hops out of curiosity. I bought herbs in bulk (fenugreek, hops, spearmint) from Mountain Rose Herbs and WOW I saved a lot of money. I bought a pound of each and saved at least $50. And I estimated a pounds worth of capsules / bagged tea on the cheaper side. I ordered the spearmint to have an anti-androgen around for evenings; I can have issues sleeping if I take saw palmetto late in the evening.
