Does anyone use PM cream still during their period or is it better to give the boobie receptors a break then too?

I think topical should still be safe during a period. Just be aware that topical PM doesn't give nearly the same amount of the good stuff because your body doesn't get the chance to change the miroestrol to deoxy.

Thank you. I'm on birth conrtol and doing the PM pills also for most of the month.

OK so I learned the PM cream might actually make the period get delayed/not come, unless this had to do with the pills having not worked out of my system yet. I was down to 1 pill by day 26, and just did the cream 2x day on day 27 and 28. My period was a day and a half late, and I am usually pretty regular.
