( I posted this in another thread but I wanted to re post to increase my chance of getting some answers.)

Im looking to buy some PM either in capsule or powder form. Im still not sure which yet, but I read that powder is better?

There are so many different brands out there and I know some of them are scams or bad quality/price. I hear its best to get them directly from Thailand because thats were its made. I want to make sure that its 100% pure PM with no added ingredients.

Im also confused about how much I should be taking.

Iv been looking at Ainterol and the ones in the pink bottle.

Any input at all is appreciated.

This is a U.S based company that seems reputable and they ship world wide, might be worth a look. http://www.ainterolherbs.com/index.php but now looking at some of the other posts the product has mixed reviews.

So I guess its better to get it form the country of origin if that is at all possible.
