What would be the one thing out of all your methods of NBE would you say was the one that give you the biggest growth? x
Thank you. Honestly, with my condition and personal hormone levels, I can't say that any one thing has helped over others. They are all working together to regulate my hormones and get me onto the path of some sort of normalcy. Even my vitamins are helping keep my levels together. However, some things have helped less than others. Flaxseed hasn't done much at all, unfortunately. Even my Volufiline cream I'm using now doesn't seem to be helping any, although it hasn't been a month quite yet, and I'm sure after maybe three months or so it might help a little. Still, I don't think it'll be enough to make it worth it to continue buying it. L-Arginine is a waste of money, period.
As far as the white peony is concerned, I'd definitely have to look into it if I were to try it. However, I'll probably just end up buying PM and continuing on my Maca and SP. I don't know anything about the female cycle and would not be able to keep up with a program that has to be based around it. Half the time I don't even know what part of the month it is. I'm not even sure if my monthly phases would be the same as it is for most people considering my PCOS. I prefer to just keep it simple in the end.
With my current dose of FG and RC, I'll probably be running out very soon, so I guess I should be ordering my PM like now. I hate being rushed into these decisions, but it will be MUCH more cost efficient, and probably much more effective as well. I'm also LOVING the idea of not having to take a million pills a day.
I finally found a bra that pretty much fits, and bought it. It's a push-up, add-a-cup bra, which I normally hate. Since my breasts are already so perky and round, there's nothing for the bra to push up (the padding literally just contours around my breasts). There's extra space at the top of the bra where breasts would be pushed into it regularly, but since mine don't do that, it just means a little gapping for me (aka growing room).
