Has anyone else tried cayenne pepper and olive oil for massage?

Eeek! Not for massage- Cayenne's great for temperature stabilisation if you take it orally but rubbing Cayenne would burn your skin. Would it not?

Capsaicin certainly has the potential to do so. That's the chemical in all "hot" peppers that makes them "hot". It's perhaps one of the most extreme acids that are still generally safe to eat.
It does depend on the person though, some people are more tolerant of acids than others. If it was an alkaloid, it'd be a different story, there is no such thing as a safe alkaloid for coming into direct contact with the human body.

It could work. In the winter I've put cayenne pepper in my socks before and it warms up my feet, they never burned, but then again that's my feet... not my breasts. However, it could work.
Just try a little bit at first.
If it burns, obviously stop.
