newbie from Australia

Hi, I just received my pm from Uk today.YAY!

I've been breast pumping with a Chinese device for just under a week - only 20 mins average per breast day. Cutting down to 5-10mins and turning the thing off once it's pumped bit - because it's been giving me heart palpations at night - it's electric with infra red. I'm laying off it and can't wait to get a noogleberry, even though it's been working.

Before then I was massaging with fennel oil for a few weeks and it made a slight difference. Now I have added a bit of Tea Tree and Lavender plus lemon grass. Lemon grass is more for toning - as recommended by a kindle book I bought on breast care. But I've just looked up its properties online and it say its "astringent" properties ( which I'm guessing are the most likely cause for it being good for toningand lifting) works by reducing circulation. So maybe not ideal for augmentation, however the toning and lifting is what will make the breasts look better and bigger, so we'll see. Maybe just use it occasionally and buy some beautiful smelling geranium.

I'll add some hops to the mix when I can find some and then go with fennel, hops + either geranium or lemongrass.

So program is:
10 mins breast pump/day
1g Maca powder (supports endocrine system),
800g P.M.(I'm 48 and have been on hrt previously, so this is not a high dose for me).
20gs of whey protein powder mixed in rice milk (maca and P.M. added).
2 X 2 minute massage with essential oil mixed with grapeseed oil (good for circulation).

I had the powders all at once today but it would be better to split it to twice a day from now on.

future plans: order noogleberry
order MSM - need this for joints and skin and eyelashes too - but llittle apprehensive about possible weight gains.

Hi there,

I'm from Oz too and just wondering where you got your Maca from?

I was just wondering if you have a heart condition which could be causing the palps? At any rate that's a weird reaction.
