green papaya

Hi,
I'm trying the food/massage route before I try anything else.
Silly question, but green papaya.......is that great on the inside as well (i.e. after you peel the skin)? I'm trying to find a papaya that is green on the inside, but never seem to find one.

If the skin is green that's not yet ripe, the fruit inside is kinda white. it's not green inside. If the papaya is ripe, the skin is yellow/orange, and the fruit inside is yellow/orange, too. When the green papaya is getting ripe, it's kinda soft a little, the skin yields when presses it, green papaya is not sweet, the ripe papaya tastes sweet.
