I have a question and have tried to email them but on their website the contact address they give is
www.ainterol.us/support. I keep getting message for delivery failure. Not a valid address. They don't offer phone support. Has anyone else here talked to them????

I have always been able to reach them, and usually receive a response within 24 hours and never longer than 2 business days.

Damn, iv sent them 2 emails from that link and still haven't gotten any answers. I wonder whats up. :/

If your email has been within the last week,
many businesses are still closed, many people still off-line due to Hurricane Sandy.
You could also try

but Delaware was also hit hard.
The address sgc42 used is not available for email, try the above contact pages.

I, too, received the same mail failure yesterday when trying to contact Ainterol. However, they've had no trouble emailing me with order updates. Especially, since those probably originated in Thailand.

Hello all!
In order to get a message to them, go to their site and select contact. They have a direct link on the site. I went there and they have this message:
Contact us
Email: DO NOT - once more DO NOT email us direct. Use
www.ainterol.us/support (select department & open new ticket).This because of spam.
Global site:
www.ainterol.us
If you use YAHOO, HOTMAIL/MSN or GMAIL email. Be sure to whitelist : @ainterol.us and @ainterol.com domains.

We do not offer phone support.
So if you go to the global site and click contact, it opens a dialog box where you can communicate with them. Hope this helps.
