Doll's PM Program

#11

Hello Doll,
I've been watching every ones progress here for a while and have yet to post while I try to sort out what works for me but it seems I'm at a loss. It's been about 3 month of trying to figure out what works and I've had minus progress with herbs (PM somehow made them shrink so I decided to try the progesterone & PM route). Either way I was wondering how well your friends progress on Eveline Volufiline Cream is going and if it's worth purchasing. Here in Canada it costs as much to ship to me as it does to buy it :/ Also if you think Maca is worth putting into a PM&Progesterone routine.

Thanks for the help and congratulations on your progress!

Thank you. I was fortunate to be one of the people that responded to my first attempt at NBE. However, I've seen a lot of women on here who are trying everything under the sun before they find their cure. It's very discouraging in the beginning, yes, but I think over time you start to get used to all the trial and get even more encouraged to find the answer. Even though my progress has been slowing lately, I'm actually more patient now than ever. Lol

My friend says the Volufiline is starting to slightly round out the shape she has. She likes it even though the difference is slight. I can't believe it would cost that much right in Canada! Jeez! If you do decide to try it, the results won't be drastic, but it'll probably be nice to at least see slight growth rather than slight shrinkage. I'm not sure how other people get along on PM and PC without maca, but so far, maca has saved me from imbalances from my herbs. It all depends on the person, but for me, it's exactly what I need. Now I don't have to worry about finding my "exact" doses, because as long as it's just a small difference, one maca a day will be enough to balance it.

Yeah, I'd be extremely happy with where Doll's breasts are right now as well. Even 32D might be enough for my level of booby greed. But those 32DD's...
WOW.

Oh, you guys! Blush

So, along with my breast firmness changing, I'm also noticing changes in fullness lately. I'm starting to think it wasn't just my dehydration, but my body adjusting to PM. For the first few days I was on it, my breasts got softer and I lost the slightest bit of fullness. But they're already firm again, and have gotten back the fullness I lost. It's been less than a week. I'm thoroughly surprised.

I can't wait to see what results I get in a month or two. Smile

I'm beginning to experience the...moisture...effects of PM already...Blush

I know that's usually something that bothers people, but quite honestly, I'm so happy. This is how my body used to be before I ever started taking birth control. I feel like the PM is finally putting my body back into its natural state, and that maybe there is a way to reverse all the damage birth control has done.

One more week until I up my dose! I actually really look forward to that!

Also, on corsetting, it seems that my ribcage has drastically changed these past few months. That's why I can no longer reach the 37" mark I was at before even though my breasts are just as big. When I wear my corset all day, my underbust shrinks by at least an inch (temporarily), and my bust size actually changes with it! I'm so surprised! All this time I was wondering how my breasts were growing and my measurements were shrinking! I thought I had somehow just been measuring that wrong! I'm now measuring around 35"! What a change! I wonder if my spine getting straightened through corsetting has anything to do with this as well...

Hello, and thank you! I plan to use it the last two weeks of every cycle, twice a day. Since progesterone cream is strong, you don't want to always use it in the same spot. That will cause it to fill up your receptors, and once that happens, you won't be able to absorb its effects anymore! So every two or three days, start applying it to another part of your body with thin skin for two or three days, and so on. When I apply it to the breasts, I just apply a small amount above the bust, where the chest skin would be the thinnest (so, not actually on my breasts). I also really like to put it on my wrists and inner elbows, as well as my ugly vein-y hands (>.<). In the same way, you could also put it on the backs of your knees or your ankles. Smile

When I use it, I like to switch where I put it between the morning and evening. Like, if I apply it to my left wrist in the morning, I'll apply it to the right at night. Left inner elbow in the morning, right at night. That might make it more confusing for some people, but it makes it pretty easy for me so I don't forget and use it in one spot too many days. This way, I'm constantly changing things up and remembering to hit different spots.

Hey! I do that too!!!

I generally just do forearms and inner thighs though. My sebum production is so high that I need really large areas to rub it into or it won't absorb fully.

I'm not really sweaty though, just oily. My actual moisture levels often actually lack, but like, 99% of body lotions out there are to replace your oils and the only ones that JUST moisturize are retardedly expensive... So I use moisturizing face and body washes and take moisturizing baths at least once a week.
