I am wondering how much protein I should be taking in daily? I am 94lbs.

Here is before and currents for now. Not a whole lot of a difference but of course its just 2 months! I am also not sure about this lighting. I contrasted the photos to see the growth as it comes.

About 75.2 grams/day would be a good protein goal for your body weight. So I'd aim for 80.

Oh wow, that's a lot of growth! How can you say otherwise??? And in two months?? Dang, girl! Even if the lighting is making it look different, that's still a lot of growth for two months. They look great!

TY! I don't see much growth in these past two months but at least they seem to be rounder and the L slightly catching up. I hope this experiment with BO and Bio Identicals go as planned.

(Frog squats yo!) and found this one which I think is great for alternating workout days:

Lol Yes!!! Everyone wanting to work on their backside really should use that video. I've been using it for months (a little less frequently now that my computer lags so much), and it destroys me every time. I think it's also the perfect workout because you don't have to worry about form or anything like that. Since that's always part of my problem with those danged frog squats!

@Doll, I have to say, You look amazing in your new pics. Now I see how the side boobs look for your size and by the way, you LOOK your size. I would kill to have that growth and shape. Mine extend out just as much but there's a lack of growth on the bottoms and inards. No fairs...
I have a bit of acne here and there. I am on my PC. Not severe luteal swelling but they are sore and bouncy. I still have a pointy shape. What to do, what to do about it?
I am thinking of adding in some type of chlorophyll for GF content but I am taking lamb placenta already and BO seems to have some as well.
May be Deer Antler but 'll wait.
I am going to add alfalfa back since I think my prolactin levels have lowered (hopefully). I had just added MSM.

cycle 20* (2.5 months on BO/ 1st cycle on bios)
It's a week till my menses drop. I am somewhat swollen and can lay on my chest but they are sore to the gentle squeeze. I am also barely in my first month of added protein. I woke up this am and I had some more boobage. I have begun taking alfalfa again. Maybe its acting already?
The innards are filling and it looks a bit odd as the bottoms need to fill out now. I hope they are next.
I mix my bio Progesterone gel with aminos once a day. I have two more days on it and the rest, I hope I can keep this growth, I hope its not just swelling. They feel heavier and liquid like and less hard, sore swelling.

Okay, I realized I gained a pound, so hopefully this gets BO to start really working on me.
I am feeling those shooting pains that are so painful, they burn. I had this for the first month on BO but not the second. I massaged them out morning. Yesterday was the last day for using PC this cycle.
I am also lowering my dose on BO for the next 4 days and will stop on the day of my menses. I will be colon cleansing for five days. Then add my topical estradiol gel and BO drops back in.
I know I am having some luteal swelling now.
I am a small c cup with all of this. I know some of its going to leave but I am at least happy they are at their biggest yet. So I hope it means growth from here on out. Areolas are slightly darker.

I am still having this shooting pain on the side of my left breast like yesterday. It comes and goes. Its starts from behind the areola and extends out (outer side).
I have marshmallow boobs (as the one of the asian bloggers calls it) with some bloating.
