Hello everybody.
I have been reading the forum for about 10 months, and I finally found the courage to write. So here's my story:
I am a 33 year old woman, who has never really had breasts. I have a cup size of AA-AAAA depending on the way of measuring. When I was younger, I was pretty skinny (169 cm 48 kg at 18 years). Still, I have always had a butt, though no breasts.
I have had two kids, and especially after the second one my breasts grew a lot, to about big A or small B, but naturally they went away after I stopped nursing.
My main problem is this: I have tried doing the John Lee hormonal test, and it seems I don't have any hormone imbalances. Actually, I have never (even during pregnancy) been "hormonal" or had any such mood swings. Only thing was pretty bad baby blues for quite a long time after my children were born, but I think that also was mainly because of sleep depravation.
So if I have no imbalances, I don't know what to correct to get breasts. Is it possible to have too low levels of all hormones, and that would lead to no imbalances, but too low levels for breasts to develop? I also have a low sex drive, I am not strong (no excess testosterone), but I tend to be pretty skinny (except for the butt). However it is not easy for me to loose weight (after pregnancy, I still weigh about 56 kg, and I would like to loose 2 kg, which are ofcource situated in the tummy and thighs/butt).
I have been on Bountiful Breast for 6 months now, and before that I took Swansons BO for about 3 months. I have seen no difference. I have also been taking Tyrosine and Arginine, Kelp, MSM and recently Maca. Still nothing. I am really depressed, because I understood that many girls like me tend to get the best results with BO. I have not been taking protein shakes, but I eat one egg and lots of meat every day, so I don't think that protein is an issue. The temperature is more tricky, I have a morning temperature around 36.5 C (97.7 F) and in the afternoon/evening 36.8 C (98.2 F). And these ofcourse have fluctuation. However I don't think I have problems with thyroid, so this should not atleast be a thyroid problem (I have understood that thyroid problems cause all sorts of medical problems).
I have also tried noogleberry, for about 10 months, but I have not been consistent with it. For some months I used it every evening for about an hour, and other times I have had pauses from it. No results with that either. It is hard to keep consistent with it with the small children.
So after a long story, I would really appreciate if someone could help me understand, how I could get my breasts to grow. Is there a way to use herbs if there are no (big) hormone imbalances. I also have understood that girls with small breasts have only a few estrogen receptors in their breasts and thus get bad results with herbs.
And one more thing, in my country you cannot get this kind of tests from the doctor without paying a lot of money. Also the saliva tests are so expensive that I would rather not take those. And I have a Mirena IUD.
Thanks a lot in advance for all the answers.
