Multiple-A breasts and no hormonal imbalances

#1

Hello everybody.
I have been reading the forum for about 10 months, and I finally found the courage to write. So here's my story:
I am a 33 year old woman, who has never really had breasts. I have a cup size of AA-AAAA depending on the way of measuring. When I was younger, I was pretty skinny (169 cm 48 kg at 18 years). Still, I have always had a butt, though no breasts.
I have had two kids, and especially after the second one my breasts grew a lot, to about big A or small B, but naturally they went away after I stopped nursing.
My main problem is this: I have tried doing the John Lee hormonal test, and it seems I don't have any hormone imbalances. Actually, I have never (even during pregnancy) been "hormonal" or had any such mood swings. Only thing was pretty bad baby blues for quite a long time after my children were born, but I think that also was mainly because of sleep depravation.
So if I have no imbalances, I don't know what to correct to get breasts. Is it possible to have too low levels of all hormones, and that would lead to no imbalances, but too low levels for breasts to develop? I also have a low sex drive, I am not strong (no excess testosterone), but I tend to be pretty skinny (except for the butt). However it is not easy for me to loose weight (after pregnancy, I still weigh about 56 kg, and I would like to loose 2 kg, which are ofcource situated in the tummy and thighs/butt).
I have been on Bountiful Breast for 6 months now, and before that I took Swansons BO for about 3 months. I have seen no difference. I have also been taking Tyrosine and Arginine, Kelp, MSM and recently Maca. Still nothing. I am really depressed, because I understood that many girls like me tend to get the best results with BO. I have not been taking protein shakes, but I eat one egg and lots of meat every day, so I don't think that protein is an issue. The temperature is more tricky, I have a morning temperature around 36.5 C (97.7 F) and in the afternoon/evening 36.8 C (98.2 F). And these ofcourse have fluctuation. However I don't think I have problems with thyroid, so this should not atleast be a thyroid problem (I have understood that thyroid problems cause all sorts of medical problems).
I have also tried noogleberry, for about 10 months, but I have not been consistent with it. For some months I used it every evening for about an hour, and other times I have had pauses from it. No results with that either. It is hard to keep consistent with it with the small children.
So after a long story, I would really appreciate if someone could help me understand, how I could get my breasts to grow. Is there a way to use herbs if there are no (big) hormone imbalances. I also have understood that girls with small breasts have only a few estrogen receptors in their breasts and thus get bad results with herbs.
And one more thing, in my country you cannot get this kind of tests from the doctor without paying a lot of money. Also the saliva tests are so expensive that I would rather not take those. And I have a Mirena IUD.
Thanks a lot in advance for all the answers.

Hi Landir,

I feel for you, as if you check out my programme page I started out "Flat as a man's" (Thanks ADWink )

I do think it's harder for us, I am also 32, BUT you have an advatange over me where you have had children already, I may be wrong, but I do feel that either girls in their 20's or mothers have a good shot at this.

I am growing, very slowly, but it's happening.

I would suggest visiting the programme threads, picking one from someone who has had success who may be similar to you, and trying something new.

I have no experience with BO, but have experimented with PM and herbs. I am following a herbal programme until the end of December, and then will evaluate progress & decide where to go from there.

I know Portia74 was around 37, was a mother, and was an A - she got to a C by using Biovea PM and cream.

Trouble is, no-one can tell you what will definitely work for you, I'm afraid it is trial and error.

But don't give up, there are lots of different things to try.

I think if I tried PM again, I would try Ainterol, collagen and pig placenta.

Good luck and let us know what you decide to try

Hey Hi Girls!

I'm also a multiple cup sister so I thought I'd chime in with my support. I've only tried Bountiful Breast, which contains BO (not herbs) and it worked with me, although I think if I gave it more time, it would work better.

Landir - I remember reading that results may not eventuate if the percentage of body fat was low. You should definitely give the protein shakes a go anyhow as I felt it really attributed to growing pains. Have you tried massages and hypnosis?

i started out smaller than AA too. i am 31 with no kids. hormonal imbalance or not, it's going to be a long struggle for small boobs to grow because we have less receptor sites. i've tried nooglebery, BO, herbs, in the past. i'm now using brava and taking PM. i have grown, but it's taken me years.

have you thought about PM? i'm taking PM at a much higher dosage than regular girls and i don't really get hormonal imbalance symptoms.

best of luck to you.

Hey there!

If you have not added any extra protein, you are not giving BO a real chance. I believe it is imperative to add protein.

Check me out: I have low to no hormones(via tests confirmed) I am 30, no kids, hypothryroidism (hashimotos to be exact) and you know what that means: low BBTemps, stage 3 adrenal fatigue, BMI of barely 18 and I am barely in month three of BO (UB brand) and I have grown a bit every month. It wasn't until I added protein and within a months cycle, I noticed the new accumulated growth in the bra and slightly in measurement. I wish I started with protein in the beginning. I might have more growth.

For anyone doing BO whether its UB or BB brand, you must give it a real chance by adding the protein and at least getting your temps up as high as you can before you claim it is ineffective.

Thank you everybody for answering! It really has given me more confidence, that there still is a possibility of this working.
I think I will still try BB for atleast a few months, as I have purchached enough of it to last. I will add protein to see if it works. I always thought that if you got enough protein to begin with, it was not needed, but of course it might be so, that my body is used to the amount of protein I am getting, and I should add to that.
Is there another way of getting the temperature up than kelp and tyrosine? Maybe I could double the tyrosine serving I am taking.

Then if this still won't work, I will probably try PM and PC cycling. Or would it be wiser to start with less strong herbs? Well, lets hope I won't have to think about that for a while.

I have also tried Blake talks hypnosis, but as I was always too tired while listening, I used to fall asleep, and stopped after about a month. Maybe I will take that back also.

Thanks again, and more replies are very welcome.

Sorry to hear your struggle with NBE so far. Sad Although I definitely agree that you need to greatly increase your protein intake every day when on BO. I've never tried it myself for the simple fact that I can't afford so much protein supplementation, but everyone I've heard good results from have been consuming a lot of protein. Try little things throughout your day to add protein, like eating peanut butter and tuna. I've also tried New Whey Liquid Protein shots before after my workouts. They're a little bitter to me (although my friend likes the taste), but you can drink them in a few seconds and they have a LOT of protein!

Maybe you should consider getting hormone tests done. Talk to your doctor and see what he has to say. Low libido may be a result of low hormone levels. I'm not sure if everything can be low without showing symptoms, but it definitely seems possible. My estrogen levels were VERY low, to the point that I only had symptoms of estrogen deficiency. Months later on NBE, I've come to discover that my low estrogen symptoms masked my also low progesterone levels. I had no idea.

Also, I'd be careful with kelp. I know for those with thyroid problems, it can cause hyperthyroidism from overloading your body on iodine. I assume it can do the same for those without thyroid problems. I also have a low body temperature, but haven't tried anything yet to help with it. If you find something that helps, I'd definitely like to try it!

Personally, I think you should start out with weaker herbs first, especially if you don't know your actual hormone levels, before going to such strong alternatives. Although at this point, I really think your best option is to try BO again, and this time up your protein intake.

Good luck with everything. There IS something out there that will work for you, it's just a matter of finding it.

tibetin113,

Are you saying BO works despite your low temps? How low are your temps exactly? And how are you addressing your Adrenal fatigue?

Yep. Low. 95-97.2 in follicular phase though its taken with a digital. I will get my bbt thermom soon. But trust me, its low. Its slow growth accumulation but not bad for what I got! Check my page and you'll see. I am taking Adrenagen. Its just animal glandulars with B vitamins.

I wish people on here would stop taking everything that is said as the holy grail. The body system is so complex, you just never know until you go full force and try it out for your self. Just because one didn't grow on this or that, you just can't assume the problem they had. its much more than one thing. I believe Lled34A had a nice temp and didn't get growth from it but I am the opposite and am getting growth from it. I didn't do well with noogleberry, but some have fantastic results from it.
