Well, I haven't even been back on PM for a full week yet, and I'm already seeing GREAT swelling, and I'm finally getting the incredibly sore breasts I'm used to! This month may be my month of big growth again (finally!). This is definitely the biggest they've ever been, despite the fact I haven't been rubbing PM capsules on my chest. Also, I now measure 35" across the bust, which means I've lost a little over 2" off my ribcage at my bust! That's so hard to believe. Hopefully once I get rid of all this arm fat, I'll look a lot less top-heavy, even with my wide shoulders. Which, my Sweet Sweat IS working; I've only used it twice during workouts, and my upper arms are already a little bit thinner. Big Grin

I love the way my nipples look, also. They're still small, but a lot bigger than they were! It makes me feel more feminine. My areolas are also starting to look less puffy. I'm really hoping PM will be able to help my body complete the breast growth process, so I'll finally have adult breasts!

^ It's like a deodorant stick, just put it on whatever part of your body you're trying to burn fat in, DON'T RUB IT IN, and (for best results), use a slimming belt of some sort to wrap it and increase results. :3

So, I'm starting to get cramps like my body's trying to get its period (that I should have had two weeks ago). I've stopped my PM right now (although I'm still continuing on SP), and am trying to see if I get my period or not. If not after a few days, I'm just gonna go back on my PM and deal with the pain. But if I do get it, I'll start my pills back up after 3 days on it. >:/ This is so frustrating. Next month, I'll take my pills until I start to feel the cramps, then stop everything until I get it (rather than assuming it's going to come right on time, since it never has anyway).

Also going on a diet to become insulin sensitive, which should help my overall health. Maybe I'll finally be able to lose my belly fat.

Hi Doll,
I am new to the site and I have read a lot of of posts and i am inspired by your results. I wanted to know what would you think a beginner like me should try for increasing fullness and size in my breasts? I have breast fed 4 children and my boobs need some helpHuh I wear a 36C bra that makes my breast look nice and round but when the bra comes off my boobs sag and are not as full as they used to be. I am only 30 yrs. old and I dont want my boobs to look this way, can you PLEASE give me some advice Sad it seems like this site is my last hope. Thanks.Blush

I am not sure how Doll feels about this but I don't think that people should bombard her personal program with "I am a beginner and I want to know what to take" please just read her page and either do what she does or do your own research and decide on something for yourself.

I understand that I may come off rude but their is no point in her having a program page if you aren't going to read it, learn from it and then decide for yourself what to do.

She is very educated in NBE but that does not mean she knows what YOU should do to grow. She doesn't know your hormone levels or if you have any conditions or allergies.

I know reading what someone has written is very difficult to tell their tone, I swear I am not being bitchy I am just getting impatient when I click on Doll's page and am hoping for an update and instead I get a "Hi I don't want to do my own research so I will just ask you..."

I'm with her.

I love a good discussion about WHY various people are doing what they're doing, but just jumping in the middle of a persons program thread and demanding to be spoon fed answers is just crazy. This world, it don't work that way.

EDIT:

Then again, Doll seems not to mind helping them out... *shrug*. I'm nice, and people have often told me I'm too nice, but I'm not THAT nice.

As Lady said, unfortunately, I can't personally help you just from that information alone. I can, however, leave you with some hints on how to start going about researching. First, you should get your hormones checked by your doctor, so you can develop a plan around what you personally need. Then go from there. In the meantime, massage away! Check out the Breast Massage & Exercises section to get an idea of different types of massage, as well as non-hormonal massage creams and oils you can try. Massage has definitely helped me with fullness, and that personally wasn't even an issue in the beginning! Now, seeing how much fuller a few minutes of massage a day can make, I won't ever stop! Big Grin Also, I'm not personally comfortable with this method, but many women in your situation seem to get great results from the Noogleberry, so look into the Breast Pumps & Suction Devices section if that's something you'd be more comfortable with.

My Actual Update For Today:
I still didn't get my period, so I just started on my PM again. The cramps are starting to go away somewhat, so...I guess that's fine, too...lol My breasts are still very full. I don't notice a difference in the size until I cup my hands over them, but it's a noticeable difference then. I guess my bras are so stretched out it's hard to tell now. :/ Accidentally washed my new bra the other day, so I'm sure that's a little bigger already...

I've been on my Insulin Resistant/Sensitive diet the past few days, and I'm also corsetting overnight as well. Hoping to get as far as I can with everything by the new year! Apple Cider Vinegar is AWFUL. I take shots of it followed by a shot of V8 before a meal. LOL But anything to help me reach my health goals! When I sleep in my corset, I can close it to 24.5" somewhat easily the next morning, so progress is coming more quickly. I've also been working out at the gym a lot now that I've got a membership, so my arms are getting slightly more toned, my obliques are sore as hell, and my butt is almost at 40" again! I need to focus more on my hips now. I KILLED my inner thigh muscles on one machine, and they already look a little more toned. It feels so good to be working out so much. I feel so healthy above all else.

I think...I'm getting sick...again...so hopefully I don't get too sick to keep working out about every day...

Yeah... I get that a lot too... lol. Thankfully no one really jumps in my thread demanding a whole program be made up for them though. At least not yet. I do get a lot of PM's about how I "Seem so knowledgeable, what should I do!? What are you doing!? Would it work for me!?" Sigh... I seem knowledgeable because I spend hours and hours and hours researching this mumbo jumbo. That's what I do. And that's what everyone SHOULD do.

Anyways, yeah. Don't stop being nice. This world needs more nice people. I guess I'm just too jaded to be as nice as I could be. Dodgy

I think...I'm getting sick...again...so hopefully I don't get too sick to keep working out about every day...

Dang. Hm. I wonder if it might help for you to try a cycle like mine even though you don't get regular periods, to try to MAKE them go regular. My emotional/mental "period" got really wonky when I was taking a steady daily dose and this does seem to be helping.

It's worth a shot at least.

As for getting sick... That realllllly sucks. I got knocked completely OUT by the flu a couple weeks ago. Missed 3 straight days of school and totally demolished my attendance average.

I'm still recovering... That's how I know it was actually flu. At first I thought it was a cold, but colds don't take this long for me to recover from, even when I get infections as complications. Which I got an ear infection with this one.
