Good day everyone!
It's day 15 of my November cycle. I keep doing massage whenever I can. Light, moderate massage in circular motion for minimum of 10 minutes. The purpose is to make your skin absorb the batter oil and increase blood supply to your breasts and make them sensitive to your hormones. Do not massage roughly, it will just hurt your breasts' tissues. If you think it's difficult to massage longer than 1O minutes, do the massage while reading something, and it will kill your time before you even knew it I usually do it while browsing the net with my phone
My breasts seem fuller, my old 32B bra feels quite tight on the left side. Yes, my breasts size are uneven. That's why I keep massaging the right breast. My left breast responded well even though lacking of massage there. And that's the very reason why I focus on topical massage only at my right side.
My topical oil massage is an infusion of olive oil with small amount of PM (considering how potent it is and our skin absorption is 10 times stronger than our stomach) and cinnamon powder. Since I'm Asian, I believe the cinnamon is not real cinnamon like in the U.S, it is Cinnamon burmannii. For those who live in Europe or U.S can just use any cinnamon you got in your country. it's meant for blood circulation.
Breasts are still tender. I'm being cautios with PM intake. Remember not to stall, and DO NOT reach maximum potential of your luteal swelling. Fennels, fenugreeks, asparagus, are good to take during luteal to avoid bloating or water retention. Plus, they are mildly estrogenic, and increase progesterone and prolactin level too. Which means they are very likely to actually mimick your natural hormones level during luteal phase.
I'm going to report again if there is anything needed to be shared here. So, Good Luck to me with my program and everyone who does NBE~
