Routine:
Follicular (After period ended) for 7 days
-Suplife 99 PM - 1 tablet in the morning

I understand most of those Japanese girls only take Glamour to break a plateau but i want to try it during my menstruation this week and see if it makes a difference if not then i will save them til i hit a plateau
Good luck,
I think a lot of people will be curious about the results. As many people have tried to recreate the success with other products. But not the expensive Japanese ones.
The swelling/pain from the NB will mask any swelling/pain from the PM etc. That might make it hard to tell if the PM etc. is having any effect. Not that the NB will hurt your progress.
Wow, you're using stuff that chiyomilk used, lucky!!! I would buy those but at the moment I cannot afford them T___T. Can't wait to see your results with them.
I read from others' thread that it enlarges your nippes. O.O I wouldn't use them, but if I am really desperate in the future, i would probably pick up brava since there has been more sucess with that..

well brava is a bit more expensive than noogleberry, and they are both suction devices so it wouldn't make that much of a difference.
Mocha: and yes i agree with you that's why i'm asking for opinions

The way I use my noogleberry is kind of like a somewhat lazier alternative to massages that will do pretty much the some job...
So, in hindsight, I don't really think my noogleberry was worth it. But I already have it, so may as well use it.

well from what i researched, noogleberry does give you a better blood circulation than massages alone, that is why i brought the topic up and since it is better circulation meaning the herbs will work better towards the boobs right? its only logical to think that way but again if i'm taking the PM i wouldn't know which is making me swell up, so its a debate for me right now lol
