What are YOUR main signs of growth?

#1

This is a question to those who have experienced growth of a cup size or more.

What was the most common sign (or symptom?) of your growth if you had any?

At the moment I'm feeling very tender and had a few sharp pains and dull aches... I'm wondering if these are common growth signs or not.

Or maybe someone who hasn't experienced growth may have experienced the same signs as me?

Haha.. I just posted this earlier today.

Excerpt from my own thread:
So I honestly think this is what everyone should look for: periods of squishy, jelly-like boobs as if water is in them (no pains, sensations, or bloating) and then times where they itch, swell, have dagger-like pains, soreness and areola color changes.

This is so normal to go from here to there. These squish water boobs mean little fat cells accumulating and the development of milk ducts doing their thang. (You are growing, believe it or not)

If you have just started feeling this squishy-ness, this is a great sign!
You are now responding to NBE no matter how small they look.

The bloat, pains, I think may be signs of receptor sensitivity to either estrogen or progesterone hikes and soreness, itching maybe lobules expanding and aveoli development, hoarding happening, typically in luteal phase.

So I am happy to feel more squishy-ness, hopefully over time, they will be heavier and heavier. Of course, this is all a guess but I think E and P can work together as well as taking like substances internally, cyclically.

I get soft not pointing nipples, breasts ache exactly as you describe and Yh squishy boobs when mine grow they go through like quick spurts of growth sometimes over 2inch on week then just stay the same for a while probably where the swelling becomes real growth then they grow quick again then stay the same for about a longer than a month I also get increased
appetite very much during 'grow quick time's so its lucky I get little breaks in growth because it gives me time to loose the bit of belly I get without breasts going down though.

Wow this post was very helpful. I was wondering why my boobs felt really soft for a week. I thought it was just a side effect of the herb I was taking. What a relief Big Grin! Question: My boobs never feel heavier, but the shape has greatly improved. Did your breast change shape before they grew? That is what happened during my first program.

tibetan is very accurate. Very familiar to my experience. In addition, I can say that itching can be a symptom of stretching skin.

This is so encouraging for me!

I've only just started talking herbs and been doing massages for minimum 40 mins per day but tend to just do it as often as I can, can never over massage right? Tongue

It's been i think 5 days since I first found this website and decided to give NBE a try. My only regret is that I wish I would have started earlier! But at least now I have a chance of growing a few cup sizes in time for my birthday/graduation/possible holiday in july!

I'd just like some cleavage in a bikini :o)

I would love some signs of growth, absolutely zilch occurs except occasional soreness after too much massage!

I am wondering if I do not have enough body fat for NBE. I don't eat a lot of fat either is this a massive issue? I do get lots of protein daily mostly chicken and turkey. UGH sometimes this is such hard work! I have full respect for those of you who keep at it and grow.

My boyfriend pointed out I was starting to look fuller on the sides of my breasts, and thats mainly where Iv been experiencing soreness and pain.
So I definitely think thats a sign. I also get itchy on my breasts, areola, nipples and chest area. It drives me crazy. And no amount of moisturizing makes it go away. Its a good thing though, id rather feel something than nothing at all. It gives me hope that it is working. But I dont think its necessary to experience those things to grow either.

I was actually very itchy earlier around the middle of my chest, and it was red and thought it could have been a rash, but the redness is now gone and it's still itchy so maybe it is growth Smile I definitely FEEL like it's working and if i've measured right, an inch of growth in a matter of days.

What herbs did you use? I just started Fenugreek and I haven't experience any of those...
