Doll's PM Program

#81

Did you read an old post wahika or whatever his name was about negative feedback from too many phytoestrogens. Which is why my wife never went higher because that was a concern.

If you do go ahead I will be curious to see the results. Figuring out how to succeed with PM is such a pain in the ass. Because the results vary way tooooooooooooooo much.

Don't know if I read that or not, my brain has trouble retaining most of the stuff I read here. LOL! I know overloading your system is never a good thing, but I feel like I should be seeing some kind of result, otherwise it must not be a strong enough dose. I dunno, maybe I'll be wrong. But I don't really have any other options at this point...

I'm sort of wondering if maybe combining it with maca, it'll work at a lower dose like when I first started on it...Not...really...sure what to do here...should have just stuck to my first, very expensive program. :/

Well, I'm on a 5-day Milk Thistle cleanse right now, so I guess I have time to decide what to do. I've already got the maca (actually bought maca extract this time, maybe this will give me different results), so I have a few days to collect the horse chestnut and gelatin I also plan to add to my program. Still doing hypnotherapy, and I feel like that's helping my fullness. When I listen to it right before bed, I wake up a little bit fuller. :3

I would just like to second Jiberish's suggestion to read Wahaika's thread from BEboard or Nbelab. That thread is awesome, and I honestly believe everyone doing any kind of NBE should read it. It doesn't only apply to people who are following Wahaika's recommended program. I may not agree with everything Wahaika says about NBE, but there's no question in my mind that his thread is by far the best overview of the subject. That doesn't mean that every last detail in the following thread is necessarily correct. You can and should come to your own conclusions about the exact details. Everyone should be willing to do their own research. I know it's been said a million times, but it's also worth restating, if only to remind myself.

When I'm not feeling stupid and lazy, I try to identify the specific claims made and then go to a site like pubmed to find human in vivo studies supporting those claims. I always regret it later when I fail to do the footwork. Of course, sometimes the studies are inconclusive or nonexistent, in which case you have to look to the experiences of people with successful programs who included important info about weight gain, growth retention, age etc. Articles are helpful, but they should have references, otherwise there's no way to know whether the author's opinions are really supported by evidence.

Now that the disclaimer is out of the way, here's the link, if you haven't seen it already (the second post is the one about positive/negative feedback loops): http://beboard.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=Routines&action=display&thread=3029

"Wild Yam - Who knows, it just works. "
LOL

Thanks for the link mocha! I'm gonna read through it a few times and try to decide what I'll be doing come the weekend when I restart things!

The charts are very helpful. I always knew that women with larger breasts needed more herbs, but never really thought of myself being one of those "larger-breasted" women who might have more receptors available, thus needing higher herb levels. Hmm....

Also interesting to read that he says melatonin is actually bad for NBE. He also says that seratonin, which is good for NBE, is derrived from L-Tryptophan, the amino acid naturally occuring in turkey that makes people sleepy. Maybe I should be replacing melatonin with L-Tryptophan to help me sleep at night?

So much to read, so much to learn...

Well well, how interesting! I use 3mg melatonin each night to sleep, but also eat lots of turkey a day. Hmmn. Just thinking out loud but does this apply to glandular therapy also, as that will be my next move after PM? Or just herbs. I need to get reading!

Lol I also noticed that you actually lowered your doses, so maybe your body has slowly started producing more and more hormones on its own. :3 I wish mine would react to NBE the same way! Haha! Maybe in due time!

I'm attaching my Supple Nipps results below! The first picture is my before picture from the front, the second is my before from the side, and the third is my before from the side with a hard nipple. I've only used them a few times, but I've gone from using eyebrow piercings to actual nipple piercings now, that's why the nipple piercings don't exactly fit yet (the pictures included in this post are eyebrow studs, not nipple studs! They are almost half the size of actual nipple studs!)! Happy New Year's, hope you guys are playing it safe on the roads tonight! ;P

Here are my Supple Nipps AFTER pictures. These are with actual nipple studs in as opossed to the previous eyebrow studs I wore. You can see how much bigger these studs are! They are so close to fitting! (Sorry the side view is such bad quality, my camera would NOT take a good picture from this angle.)

You have such beautiful breasts Doll! I love the proportion. I hope mine stay in proportion (meaning my breast meat just keeps on growing with areola not too much.) Your nipples look fantastic. I am highly considering supple nips. I want to have a fatter nipple not a longer nipple. So take a little room from my areola and have button nipples. do you think I can do it with these without making them long like erasers? I am afraid to experiment at this point as I am still growing. I want to wait till I Hit cup D.

I looked at the site and its overwhelming. Which do what and sizes.
