Hi guys, Im Lauren.. Im new :/ anyways I just wanted to share my experience with the boostyourbust system.. so here it goes. Well ever since I was in my late teens, I have been wearing padded bras to make my boobs look bigger. I've been trying to get my boobs to grow for years but I've never been able to find a solution that works. I was recommended this book by a friend of mine who told me she knew people who where having great success with it, at first I was pretty skeptical. But then I gave in and bought the book and started the system and I was extremely surprised to find I was seeing results just 2 weeks after using the techniques. My chest had grown from a 34a to a 34b in just 4 weeks. To be honest its really boosted my confidence and I feel like a completely new person, I even went out and bought a whole new breast-tastic wardrobe to show of my new boobs ;D and im loving the attention from the boys :-X. The good thing about it is theres no miracle pill or weird foreign food, its just this really great course that teaches you what to eat, exercises, massages etc to help increase your cupsize and it worked really great for me, I even lost a couple kilos following the program which is always a plus

So is just a book of information why? You should have joined here first more tip and information than any one book free as well helpful people to share nbe help with.

Ok then, give us some more information about the program you followed. How it worked etc. Give specifics.
People on here give out useful information freely. Not just, hey I had success and if you buy this you might too.

I did the Boost your Bust program and I did grow over 1 inch from it but it was definitely not a "WORKED IN ONLY 4 WEEKS" thing, it took about 3 months

Most things in NBE take 3-6 months to see any real results, some very fortunate few see results in 2 months, but 4 weeks... o.O if someone gets say 1-2 inches or 1-2 cup sizes of growth in 4 weeks, then it's usually swelling and if they stop their program it will go back down. Real growth happens by maintaining the swelling for the cells in the breasts to start growing to make up the space needed. That's how herbs and pumping work. They swell the breasts and the breasts react by filling the space with tissue. But yea, I've been involved in NBE on and off for 7 years now. Anything that worked for me, I took or did for 6 months minimum. NBE is not an overnight thing. Puberty is generally a 7 year span, you can't expect to duplicate that in one month, just doesn't happen.
