Yes, that's the site. As far as I know none of the things you mentioned matters, he doesn't care where you're located, your health, or what NBE you're doing. As far as cost, I don't know yet. My goal is to gather enough girls to present to him then see what discount he gives them.
So far I have 10, this includes girls who have PM'd me. I'm going to email him this today and see if he says it's enough girls.

how does this method work?
also does it help with other problems like puffy nipples, irregular shapes, etc?

berryhopeful, if you have a deformity like tuberous breasts, than he's looking for people for that to create a system just for them, I'm trying to gather those with tubular/tuberous breasts as well for another group, the system would be free to them as he develops it. As far as nipples... unfortunately there is only so much any form of NBE can do in regards to that. I had puffy nipples before NBE, I'd say they've improved as in not being as puffy, but they are still big. They don't shrink, unfortunately.
And yes I can still use people if anymore are interested until he replies.
