Hello Ladies,

Thanks all for the responses to my previous thread.
i have been on 2 cycles on pm.
My breast are defo firmer but i am not sure if I have grown because when you take the measure it always changes....from 84CM in november to 87.5CM now.

Taking 2 caps per days for 15 days after the end of my periods.

But my thyroid burn a bit while taking the pill....not sure if normal and it has also massively delayed my periods (2weeks) not sure if someone can help with that ?

Please let me know your though.

I am going to start using NGB soon and just ordered PM spray

I'd say so. Your progress photo does look better than your start photo. The difference is slight but it looks like the inner part of your breasts are more pronounced and they look a little fuller.

Dont analyze too much though. It will drive you crazy. So far so good. The PM has really helped firm up my breast as well.
