I am having problems choosing which supplier to go with for PM. I have been doing NBE for 7 weeks now, and would like to try cycling with PM for days 1-15 and FG, SP & YW for the remaining days.

These are the ones I have found so far, can anyone shed any light on which are the good quality ones and which ones are overmarketed/ low quality?

1) Biovea - 500mg

I have the Biovea PM pills and have used them properly for the last 2 cycles for about 2 weeks each time, on the first day of my period - they do not increase cramps or pains or anything like that. I take one tab a day no more than that. Can't say I have noticed anything major. Slightly bigger/heavier than I used to be but that could be due to massage with Nature Day cream and herbal drops and Aumenti volufiline creams. I was using the Biovea PM cream to no avail prior to these topicals.

My next PM purchase is going to be the F up supple pills because they are lose dose PM, not sure such high doses are working for me.
