can you take supplements on the plane?

I am leaving to work in spain for a few month can i take my pueraria and maca with me on the plane? might be a silly question but they can be funny with rules at airport

I think you should be okay especially if you have the containers also, so it doesn't look suss. I was in Paris recently with my MSM powder and Vit C powder in small plastic bags because the tubs are huge! It looked sooo badly like cocaine Sad

But as this stuff is not being sniffed out by dogs, it isn't being looked for, but some herbs do smell strong so I don't know if a dog would take an interest in it just for that reason alone. Do they smell strong?

I pack the exact amount of supplements that I need in ziploc bags, and they never bother me about it. I'm pretty sure they only bother you about supplements if you're breaking a specific rule, and not if they just feel suspicious. They use the "puffer" machine to detect illegal drugs etc., so there is no need to bring out dogs to sniff every last bottle of pills that comes through the gate.

I take them in new seal bottles typically. But they have their swab tests to see if it is drugs. If anything you might swabbed, it will come back negative and you be let on your way.
