I feel like I've been doing this so long, but when I think about it, it's really only been a short few weeks! Haha! ^^; So, I'm actually surprised by my results at this time! I think I'll try taking pics each month to compare! (Although recreating the lighting is going to be the hardest part.)

My eyes seem slightly brighter. My browns seem like they're lightening a little bit already. LOVE this method! I really hope I can get close to green by summer! My Super Cleanse pills did NOTHING for me, so I'm using Magnesium Citrate now. I think it'll clean me out completely in a week or so. We'll see what colour my eyes are after that!

The process of eye lightening described here works by disrupting the very surface of our eye, the cornea, which is designed to be as clear and unobstructive as possible, analogous to a clean window.

If you can find evidence that any of the people on the major eye color boards have cataracts, then I'll spread the word myself. I have not seen it. BTW, early stage cataracts look like a thin blue/gray line forming around the iris. Other times they start as a cloud in the pupil instead. They will NOT make brown eyes look slightly lighter. That's usually just the result of lighting.

I'm going to be ordering Kojic Acid to use in my solution. It inhibits the production of melanin so I think that will be very helpful in the eye lightening process.

Why do you think that Kojic acid would be good to use in the eye? You do know it is strongly acidic and it makes the skin peel in the skin lightening process. Just because it inhibits melanin production and works well for the skin, does not mean it will work well for they eyes....proceede with caution.

Hello everyone!

This is my first real post on here in a long time, I am not new here, however I took a break from this forum. So here I am back again, I love to try new things to see if they work or not..you can read a forum all day and gauk over other people’s results and question things OR you can try things for yourself to see what works and find a method to suit YOU! So I am giving these honey lightening eyedrops a try for 3 months. If I see no results then I will stop or if my eyes feel irritated at any point, I will stop.

So what I have done is made a Honey/Saline (sodium chloride)mixture with a few drops of lemon (very diluted, like 5 drops), and I also included T-Resveratol Fluid to my mixture. Here are my beginning photos…wish me luck!

Probably look up Kojic Acid if you want to know more about it. Kojic Acid isn't an "acid" in that sense of the word, as its pH is between 5-9 or pKa 9-10. Water is between pH 5-6 or pKa 14-16. Also there's been studies done using kojic acid in the eye albeit with rabbits but still the worst case was a red eyes for 10 minutes or so. And it doesn't peel skin off in the lightening process.

Thanks for the vote of concern though, that's sweet! I've done research into it so its time to put theory into practice. Also bacteria can grow in a saline solution so make sure to replace it every week. This is one of reason I stick with water/honey, alot easier to manage.
