Like the chiyo blog.
But annoying structure with lots of loop links. Most categories on the right.

Anyway if you find useful nuggets of information, post in here.

This is why I was never able to find exact details of any other Japanese program other than Chiyo's and Mayu's. Most of them are like this, and I don't even know where to begin. No way am I going to try to follow the links based on what they seem to be about. It would be easiest to read it chronologically by clicking the archive links. I'll let you know if I find anything.

I have been going through some of the categories on the bottom right links. But for many it just says the importance of various things but not how to achieve it.

Why you are interested in this blog? How much did she grow? She does say that she is in her 40's, and if she is really the woman in most of those glamour shots, than I'm very impressed, but it's all pretty meaningless without knowing what her starting point was. I can't even figure out how much she grew, if at all, so I have no idea whether I should even care what she thinks about NBE.

I read through half of her archive already. She doesn't post much, thank God. I'm confused enough already.

I agree that it doesn't look like she ever describes her actual program. It's all just a bunch of theory. She seems to imply that she takes PM, but I don't know how much, or what brand, or how she cycles it. She also mentions eating lots of soy, exercising, following some kind of diet and massaging. She took frequent "sitz" baths using rose, geranium, ylang ylang, lavendar, and clary sage. She doesn't seem to have used the oils for massage. She also has an obsession with "realigning" her pelvis for supposedly "optimal" hormone production.

Maybe this blog is a dead end. I need to have at least a vague idea of how much she grew, and what supplements she took.

Says she started from AA, apparently she has a manual but only gives it to you if you buy a bust up product she links to?

Just interested to see if there is any nuggets of useful information. Because nothing seems to work these days.

Wow that's a convoluted site.

Only things I've been able to determine.

1. She wants you to buy the 3 DVD set.
2. Seems she strongly believes in breast lymphatic drainage and that stagnant lymph can lead to hormonal disruption. Importance of loose fitting bar to allow for breast drainage and promote hot vs. cold state.
3. PM, Fennel, Fenugreek, Pomegranate etc. are used by people.

That's all I've been able to pull out of it. Anyone find the DVDs or 116 pdf page manual sakura mammary gland report?

Pm 1-14 1g 15-19 350mg
PC every second day 15-28
Flax massage once a day (frequently with tigerbalm) (sometimes twice a day)

sometimes using up'll D for an hour

Wife hates pills too much to get on fenugreek etc.

Also on deepo injection atm.

I have looked for the dvd on japanese file sharing sites, no success.
